All kinds of things going on in this vibrant community space - beautiful galleries, gift shop with unique finds, at least two performances a month, an ongoing variety of workshops, plus reasonable prices for room rentals. This place has it all! Add to that the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and this is a place not to be missed. Bring your visitors here for a taste of local arts and culture!

Very interesting place, a refurbished old school house. Several galleries to browse that change every month, classes concerts and an amazing gift shop of local artists works.

Always a pleasure to visit the MAC!The ever changing installations can be thought provoking, eye candy, informative and just plain a feast for the eyes. The quaint gift shop is well appointed and full of reasonably priced mementos of your visit; artist pieces from cards to jewelry, scarves to paintings and sculptures.

Beautifully restored character building housing three art galleries (one is in the hallway), a gift store & a large teaching room. You are sure to be greeted by the warmest & friendliest people while surrounded by beautiful art. I love that The MAC supports & showcases local artists from on & around Vancouver Island.
