I have had exceptional medical consults with Dr. Tudor. However, the receptionist is usually rude over the phone. She makes us feel uncomfortable and like if we doing something wrong all the time. It does come across as very unprofessional.

Had an infection and went to the after hours to get checked out, they told me I couldn't be accepted for 2 reasons.1. It is for crucial health matters only2. I had a no show on my record (oops I forgot an appointment)So therefore I'm not allowed any healthcare, they offered for me to talk to my nurse to set an appointment. When was that call... 2 WEEKS FROM THEN just to possible get an appointment ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER. We'll now I have a really bad infection that's been making me sick and in terrible pain. Thanks Canadian healthcare

As much as I love my family doctor, getting an appointment here is so frustrating and long-winded that it's basically useless to have one. My experiences with the receptionists have generally been fairly unhelpful as well. There are so many doctors and patients out of one center now that you tend to be treated as just someone to get off the phone as quickly as possible.

If I could give this place no stars I would they just put me on meds that I’ve been taking for 7 days for NOTHING I was feeling really sick the past 4 days so I went into their after hours clinic to be seen for the sickness I was throwing up couldn’t eat for 4 days straight anything I did eat came right back up and I have a son that is 1 years old and needs me for everything and they are very aware of that the doctor called me and told me I had to start meds right away for a bacterial infection and when I went into the clinic and saw a different doctor he then told me that I shouldn’t be on those meds he looked at me confused and asked why I was taking them I told him what the doctor told me and he looked at me with even more confusion he read over my lab results 5 times and it was saying nothing is wrong so the doctor that called me to start me on this medication was WRONG she didn’t look at my results she just jumped and put me on meds for nothing and it almost put me in the hospital I was getting really dizzy barely could pick my son up I can’t believe what I just went through I had my samples in on march 9th and got a call from her on the 12th of march and just found out today I wasn’t supposed to be taking those meds thank god I went in and didn’t wait till the prescription was done otherwise who knows. (I’m a single mom btw so no help through this whole thing and they are very aware of my situation)

Invisalign-Dawson RoadDo not get Invisalign from this location. Last 2 scheduled visits timing has been off and my daughter has been delayed with trays because there is no available staffing.

My experience has been outstanding from day one. I've gone through several procedures here including Invisalign. I'm very happy with the results. The staff are very kind and personable, would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love having Dr. Charlton taking care of us. He is an amazing doctor that goes above and beyond. However the wait times to book an appointment are outrageous. You should not have to wait 20 or more minutes for a five minute phone conversation. I have also been forgotten by the receptionists and had to rebook the appointment because they forgot" about us (we were there for an hour before they noticed)."

I have been a patient at this clinic for 13 years and I love it. The front-end staff are so helpful and go out of their way to assist you. They are amazing! My physician, Dr. Choi, is the best family doctor we have ever had. Her sacrifice and commitment is above and beyond. Where our doctors in past experiences would have rushed our visit, she takes the time needed to properly assess her patients. I can honestly say, she has saved my life and my wife's because of she doesn't overlook anything. I love this medical center.

Incredibly upset by the treatment here. My pets get better treatment at the vet.On top of never having availability anymore there's absolutely no concern from the doctors treating you. You're rushed in and out, they do not even look at your records before contacting you with follow ups.The clinic was not this way pre-pandemic, but post-pandemic there is no personal element.
