Billing is a scam ... signed up for equal monthly payments but every month they increased it for no reason ... the less gas I used the higher the bill gets. Supposedly the check on the plan every 3 months and adjust the price but it's clear that's not what they do. o the equal payment is not really equal. Their explanation was that they charge more in summer than in wither to balance the account out ... funny thing these guys thinks you make more money in summer than in winter .... A scam ruled by laws written against customers...
