Pls aware of the debit scam. Don’t order at this location. I ordered cheese pizza over the phone and went to get it. I asked pay by debit card. The manager person tried few times and told me it’s not working and told me to try other machine which is wireless. When I tried to pay its charging me 1 dollar service fee. So I asked why you charging me service fee for debit. Bc I know that when you order for delivery they have debit fee charge but not at the store. None of the store charge like that. This manager person said to me it’s company charging the fee not his location. If each customer paying like watch how much they getting a day. Pls don’t go to this location. Order some other pizza company.Doesn’t matter you return the one dollar. Or not. It’s not big money for me. Your manager doesn’t have sense and how to take care the customer service. Do some trining before you hire them. Poor service

I ordered from this location a few times. The first two times we ordered the pizza was cooked well and tasted good. The garlic parmesan breadsticks taste amazing and the jalapeno popper rolls are really good too!Their double chocolate chip brownie is also delicious!! However the last time we ordered the pizza and breadsticks tasted undercooked. They have pretty good deals if you order online!

Those guys are nice! I mistakenly ordered only 1 pizza on ubereats for a buy 1 get 1 free deal. After talking to the cashier and another guy who manages, they made me 2 pizzas anyways. It really made my day! Pizzas came out absolutely fresh delicious. Will come by again.

Surprisingly tasty! My first time trying Papa John’s and i highly recommend this place. The meatballs were big and flavourful. The pizza csme with this spevial garlic sauce - I don’t think i can eat pizza crusts with it ever agsin. I can eat anything with that garlic butter sauce! The only problem is the storefront is small and hidden and getting in and out of the parking lot is annoying. Maybe get it delivered instead?

I ordered papa Johns from the Markham location for the first time and pizza was good. They have many online deals so I was able to get 50% off Monday to Wed. Comes with a green pepper and garlic dip. Their garlic dip is a little watery so make sure to purchase a creamy garlic.Overall good pizza, nothing over the top. The usual franchise pizza taste .

the pizzas here were great! crust had that initial crunch and soft warm dough centre inside the crust! there was an abundance of toppings, which was nice as every bite, you got a bit of everything. The papadia was an amazing shocker! Had the double cheeseburger one and it actually taste like a burger. Never had pickles on a pizza product of any sort, but it just worked so well this time! service was kinda rushed, but I know they were pumping out a lot of orders at the time and this location can get super busy! Parking can be a bit of an issue as the lot is small, so it might be better to grab a friend or family member to drop off, spin around and come by to pick you back up. The first time got my pizza from the locationTheir pizzas known very good and tasty. I noticed the parking lot was full, but the order was done on the set time. There was a staff person came out to greet me and asked me the name of the order. He was very polite. I never see a pizza takeout place do that. Orders 2 pizzas both very delicious. The price is good too $12.99 large 4 toppings special. I have switched to papa john now since I discovered there are a few in Markham I also recommend it to my friends and co workers. Hope they continue to keep the good service and food quality

Delicious pizzas with amazing crusts. I've been a loyal fan if Pizza Pizza for decades... until I tried Papa John's a few years back. Been ordering from this location ever since! Absolutely loved their fresh toppings and sauce.

This location served me a tampered container of dipping sauce. Upon emailing this concern to the manager (who did not provide a name), the reply was generic and lacked any degree of concern - including misspelling my name.A subsequent message to corporate indicated that the district manager would contact me. It has been 2 weeks, but I haven't heard back. But no worries, ever since this incident in Dec. 2022, I have yet to give Papa John's my business. There are tons of other take-out pizza options in this area.

Got this during their half off promotion. Parking is really tight so you better know how to reverse park. Their pies are good but I don't think I would purchase this at regular price. I got each pie for $10. The garlic dipping oil that was included was quite good.
