Great Canadian Oil Change Napanee

Went here for a spur of the moment oil change. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. After they finished, I paid and left. A short while after Jon called to tell me there was an issue with my account. I returned and Jon informed me a small error had been made while inputting one of the fluids they topped up and they had accidentally over charged me. I very much appreciated them catching this and informing me. Luckily I was still in town. I returned to the store and they gave me the refund of what I was over charged. Very good service, thank you Jon, Dallas and the woman who served me today. You were all wonderful! Excellent customer service. I will certainly be back.

My boyfriend came here to get an oil change done and Dale noticed outside when we drove forward that his car was leaking transmission fluid due to his lines breaking and dale told us and they got all the parts in right away and begin fixing it even though it’s not a typical service they provide! They did an incredible job and were so kind! Thank you dale for noticing and the whole team for fixing it! I 20/10 recommended this place

The team at this Oil Change location are outstanding. They go above and beyond to make this experience simple. Everyone, and I mean all staff, were polite, respectful and very very hepful. My car was a challenge because of some computer resetting issues, but they fixed it after patiently finding a way to do so. I would return in a heart beat as they are so thorough and treat you like they are glad to serve you and ensure that your vehicel is safe. What more could I ask? thanks again for this great service.

First visit here yesterday and will definitely return. Staff was incredibly informative about preventative maintenance for my vehicle while having no pressure to purchase approach during my visit. The 2 technicians working on my vehicle had great communication with each other about tasks completed and let me know what they were doing as they went. I left confident nothing had been missed and knowing I received every service I paid for. Great price and experience.

These guys are awesome. They actually cared about my car and checked everything, even fixing my headlight issue (no charge) will be back again and again.

Traveling on Hwy 401, an unexpected but seriously needed engine oil change pointed me to this shop, on Google's sugg. What a cool place with a double lane drive-through setup and dudes taking care of your car engine needs while you sit in your car. I was out in 10-15 min. Excellent setup, very efficient and professional mechanics. Highly recommended. Thank you guys!
