Navis Pack & Ship

I shipped 13 boxes of personal effects from Toronto to Mountain View CA. Navis picked them up from inside my house and delivered them inside an apartment in Mountain View. Navis handled all the interactions with US customs. The boxes were not damaged in any way and there were no issues with US customs. My interactions with Navis were all by email and telephone. The Navis person (Bernice) was professional, polite, patient and helpful. I am 100% satisfied.

I have worked with Navis twice to ship art works across the continent. Both time the experience was excellent in every way -- from initial contact, to help with paperwork, to pickup exactly on time, to alerts about the progress of the shipments as they made their way west. Everything arrived safely and was extremely well-packed. Highest recommendation.

The shipments were done during COVID with very trying conditions (I.e. changing customer requests, fluctuating shipping costs, shortage of reliable delivery service providers).Throughout, Navis gave dedicated support, excellent communication and superior service. Great experience! Navis picked up 14 paintings in Toronto, packed them in custom crates with loads of interior padding, and shipped them to Calgary. Everything arrived perfectly and a day earlier than quoted. In fact, Navis exceeded my expectations at every point of my experience with them. It was a non-standard shipment (partial consignment) and no other company would even give me a quote. She was courteous and timely in her correspondence and happy to answer my endless questions. The items that they packed for me were packed to the highest standard and have all arrived in perfect condition. Additionally, all of my goods have arrived in great condition, without any mustiness or damage. The boxes do not show any sign of ill-treatment or neglect. Finally, the partner company in Australia, Conroy Removals, that delivered the shipment to my home was top notch in their communication and service. I cannot recommend Navis Pack & Ship enough.

I could boast about my experience with Navis Pack & Ship in a three part essay but I will be brief.My wife is Canadian and we currently live in South Carolina, US. Her father passed away from cancer in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. We felt helpless because we could not return to Canada to gather his belongings and the many items she cherishes from her childhood.I called Navis Pack & Ship and everything became a lot easier for my wife and I from there. I cannot speak more highly of my experience.Navis sent a crew to her dad's condo in downtown Toronto, gathered all the belongings we asked them to, and took them to their warehouse to be palletized.From there I got a very detailed description of how to properly fill out the US Customs form and my items were packed and shipped. That simple.Price was fair.The pallet (pictured below) arrived at my doorstep in approximately 5 days. Literally the most professional packing I have ever seen. Sturdy and clean. Everything was in pristine condition including a few valuable paintings.\\ 6-Stars. Highly Recommended.

I learned of the Woodbridge branch owned by Ray and Bernice from an acquaintance artist. It is my first time shipping art overseas for exhibition. The complicating factor was that I needed to use an ATA Carnet as the main shipping document.Most of my dealings regarding shipping were with Bernice. She could not have been more attentive or more patient with a first timer. She was meticulous in her attention to detail to ensure trouble free shipping. Ray was reassuring and took the time to explain the construction of the crate. I am not easy to convince because every service makes 'promises' but in my experience, (shipment arrived safely and crate was strong enough to be reusable for return shipping) Bernice and Ray 'promised' and far exceeded my hopes.
