Room:The AC opening was right above our bed, we ended up being sick.Bar downstairs:Wednesday night there was this blond guy, he was a bit rude.The place is clean and very well positioned.Lobby personnel are amazing. The housekeepers are very clean and always put new bedsheets.The hotel restaurant’s food is OK. Waiters and waitresses are very professional and welcoming. Over all it was an awesome experience.One star was lost on the air conditioning and the bar maid Wednesday evening.

Great location one block from the Yaletown Skytrain stop. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are recently updated. I enjoyed having daily maid service, which is becoming less common in the USA.

We enjoyed our time at the OPUS so much we added an extra night. All of the staff are wonderful and friendly. They had great e-bikes that we were able to use for free to explore Vancouver's amazing cycling infrastructure. The location is very convenient and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting for a wedding. The location is a convenient distance from a lot of what Vancouver has to offer. Service at the lobby and attached restaurant was top notch. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The entry door had a large void underneath so we heard every guest in the hallways and their conversations. The shower in our room looked well-used, the grout was missing in many places and the rain faucet was falling out of the ceiling. The bathroom doors were flimsy sliding closet doors. With a renovation this place would be perfect. The only issues I had were very fixable.

Service was impeccable. Kunal and Sanaz were a bright light at the end of a dark journey. Air travel being what it is currently, it's so wonderful having folks like these two greeting you, empathize with you, keeping your spirits up with champagne and cheery service at midnight, then again at 5 am. Can't say enough about the service. Location would be great if I was visiting.For Opus management: promote those two. It's so rare to find teams that seek to go above and beyond because their own internal barometer compels them. You can tell their enjoyment to give others a great experience is genuine.

Central to everything so you can walk around and navigate easily. Next to the station so you can commute further out as well! Rooms could be cleaned more often! If you are working or have business in the area then it is a good spot to stay

If I could give 10 stars I would. We are FROM vancouver ourselves (live in Kitsilano) and stayed here while our place was getting renovated. The staff, the service, the restaurant.. it was all above and beyond. They are extremely dog friendly and played with our dog every morning when we went out to walk on the sea wall. The staff was incredible.. we have been around the world travelling and have yet to experience such down to earth luxury anywhere. Highly recommended to anyone who cares about how you’re treated.

Outside was beautiful. Greeted by Brandon curbside! Very friendly, funny and helpful! Great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Went to The Vancouver Fish Company restaurant on Granville Island for an early lunch, delicious. And then we explored the island for the rest of the day. We almost went back to the island the next day, lots to do there.The Hotel is within walking distance(20 to 30 min walk) of so many interesting places and venues. Or transport to other spots of interest, the tram is just across the street literally. Would highly recommend The OPUS. Unfortunately we did not get to try the restaurant down stairs but we did get drinks at the bar. Thanks for a great first time in Canada!
