Auxe - TV Mounting and TV Installation | Surrey / Coquitlam / Abbotsford

Came across Auxe through Bark.com when I was looking for places that do tv mounting. Matt from Auxe was first to respond so I just booked them. Due to unforseen circumstances, they had to cancel the service the same day they were supposed to come -- but the information was communicated quickly to me (via text) and they had arranged to have the technician come the following day.Michael (technician) was knowledgeable and was able to get both of my tv's up quickly. He was also informative and was willing to offer suggestions to improve look/functionality of the tv's.Customer service from their office is also very good. Kelly was so helpful and so pleasant to deal with. She was on top of updating me and also checking in to make sure everything was ok. There was a minor error on my invoice, but she took the steps to correct it immediately.Will definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Great service. I was looking for a friend of mine to have her new TV and Telus box. Within a few days they had scheduled a time and date. Reasonably priced as well. She said it was a great experience, they were courteous and did a great job. She would recommend Auxe to anyone needing to have their TV hooked up.

My daughter recently moved into a studio apartment and was looking forward to getting her tv and wall mount installed. It was important to have it secured properly, her full motion mount extended just under two feetaway from the wall.It was late on a Friday afternoon, and she wanted installed on Saturday. I had my doubts we would be able to get a professional to install it, on such short notice.I contemplated doing it myself, but needed someone who would do it right. I felt anxious at the prospect of hitting electrical or making some newbie mistake that would jeopardize her damage deposit on this, her first place in a new building. (Steel stud/concrete construction)I tried calling some installers, and after an hour no one returned my call. Hmm, primetime Friday afternoon. It was getting close to dinner time, I wasn't surprised.What was surprising was the prompt, immediate response to the message I left with Luc when I tried Auxe. He text me back almost immediately, and once he had the address our appointment was booked for Saturday afternoon.One of their technicians Mike, called us before he came and waited patiently for the long que to ride the elevator up to my daughter's suite. He took the time to see the way my daughter wanted to tv to be positioned. I got out of his way, and he went to work. Quickly, before we knew it, he was done!We checked it out, our full motion wall mounted 55 was secure and solid as we tried rotating it from the various positions.In our experience

I recommend Auxe a 100%. Excellent customer service, website friendly and easy to pay online. I needed someone to install a TV in our office boardroom and remove the smaller tv that was already mounted there. The wires were hanging in the wall and Auxe did a great job in hiding all the cables by doing a small hole in the wall (very professional). The technician (Michael) called me in advance to let me know that he was on his way. He showed up on time and did a great job. He also mounted the smaller tv in a movable stand that they suggested so we can move it to different offices when needed. It looks great. We are super happy with the service and the price is very affordable for all the hard work and time they spent doing this. I am very happy with how it looks and all the great service I had from beginning to end.

I was in a bind and quickly needed help setting up a large smart tv, so I searched online and found Auxe. I was surprised that my call was not only answered on a Sunday morning, but that they were able to schedule my appointment for the same day.
