Clay is a very personable and knowledgeable trainer whom I recommend highly. Our dog is super high energy and challenging and I trust his strategies and methods wholeheartedly!

I highly recommend Clay for all your dog training needs! He is super knowledgeable on all aspects of training. He is great about explaining the methods he suggests using and why. We took on a lot by getting 2 puppies at once, and Clay has been super patient and helpful in guiding us thru their training!

I moved an untrained rescue pup to a condo with lots of dogs, almost gave her up because of her reactivity. I was opposed to using a prong collar for training - working with Clay completely changed my mind. He was careful to train me with the collar, so that I could work with her. Our walks, even without the prong now are peaceful. Kudos Clay!

Clay has made a huge difference in our lives. Before he was recommended to us, I thought I would have to rehome one of my dogs. He, and Apollo, have helped all of us gain confidence and have fun together. My two dogs are happy, well behaved, and enjoy being besties now!

We reached out to Clay last summer. We had just had a baby and some of our dogs bad behaviors couldn't be ignored anymore. Ridge (our completely adorable but mischievous 1 year old golden retriever), seriously struggled to walk without constantly pulling, would not let people in the door without absolutely overwhelming them, and overall struggled with containing his excitement/love (which with a newborn was particularly stressful!)We had one on one training sessions with Clay which helped us and Ridge immensely. I am able to walk Ridge and push a stroller without fear of him pulling the stroller over - if you had told me a year ago I would actually enjoy walks with my dog I would never have believed it. Ridge goes to his place" and waits to be greeted when guests come over

Called Clay originally because I had just gotten my 1.5 year old dog and although she was a great dog, she had no recall or any prior training. We also had a huge issue with her always trying to chase my cats. Rowan and I worked with Clay for 5 sessions and he made such an amazing difference for our family! Rowan no longer chases the cats and her recall gets better by the day! He came directly to my house and based his training on what Rowan and our family needed specifically! He made it so much fun! We highly recommend Coast Peak K9!

Highly recommend. He helped train both of our labs on loose leash walking, recall, and jumping. After just three sessions we saw a huge improvement

From the very first session Clay was professional, genuine and incredibly capable of helping us and our very reactive pitbull. Clay at Coast Peak has been great working with our rescue and with helping me/us learn how to navigate the many issues that come with training a rescue. He is knowledgeable, loving with our dog and always arrives on time for our sessions. I would highly recommend him!!!
