Very delicious food with top-notch service and super friendly owner. Highly recommended! We only ordered 3 dishes for a quick dinner but the owner just treated us to soups and another free dish.

Easily ranks as one of my favourite Filipino eateries. The stews are amazing, the bagnet is delicious and the staff and owners are friendly. Have not had a bad dish here.

I didn't have many Filipino food experience but I have to say this is the worst I had. Food had no temperature (almost cold) and very very dry.

Naimas!! It’s rare to see an Ilocano Filipino restaurant around here and Sangkalan got the flavors on point! Was pleasantly surprised with the carinderia turo-turo selection ❤️ Really delicious food you’ll keep coming back to, again and again. Kuya in the counter is really kind.

Any place that has amazing stews and braised dishes over white rice is a winner in my book!! I loved every bite! Good prices. Come for the kari kari, stay for the dinguguan (pork blood stew). It looks different but all the kids in the know will order it! As a point of improvement, I wished there was bigger signage with menu options, but that may come in time. Lady over the counter was a big help. Just ask!

Kind woman walked me through the dishes and made recommendations. Pork belly was unnnnnrrrreal. Unreal. Bang for your buck 11/10. Fried fresh so it was so good and crispy. Had never had most of the dishes before and enjoyed all of them. Really loved the kare-kare peanut curry especially. Large portions - I could have easily ordered half the food and still had too much. Will absolutely be in my regular rotation now. Thank you to the people working there!
