Robyn Lovera and Tyler Thiessen changed the cleaning schedule many times. They canceled when their employee Sunshine quit, when Robyn's back hurt, and when they vacationed in California. Bi-weekly cleanings became monthly cleanings. For my Christmas cleaning on December 20th, Robyn called in sick and never came back. This was after she and her mother in law Nancy removed over $3400 Salvation Army's value of bedroom and patio furniture and household/personal goods from August to September in exchange for cleaning services. I received $525 worth of service before they became uncomfortable going forward with service". Tyler's responses became rude before ceasing communication when he realized what they owed. Robyn

Dog friendly, self directed, and thorough. We had a deep clean done of our house in about 2 hours. Would use them again.

This was their first time at our house.Did a wonderful job.Went beyond what we expected by doing other things they saw needed to be done which was great.So glad our daughter recommended them.

Excellent Service! Wife had been in th hospital for a couple weeks and I was working taking care of the kids and spending time with my wife. I needed a hand I called them left a message got a return call the same day and it was painless. Set a time and a date and they showed up with my kids home alone due to winter weather no problem they did exactly what I needed a thourough cleaning. Tried contacting this company over 5 times in the course of a two week span, leaving messages with Robin as their voicemail requests, and no one ever answered the phone or called me back. No response to my attempts to request a quote via email. Very disappointed.

CBC came to clean our house in a time of need! They did such a wonderful job. I have never seen the bathrooms shine so much! Also coming home to a house that smells natural and fresh rather than nasty chemicals was a huge bonus. I can’t recommend their work enough!

We had them send us a woman, who hit on literally every one of my male College friends. She took forever to clean the house because she was talking almost the entire time, and did not do a very good job. She then said she would come back to clean for us and wood make it cheaper if we hired her directly, and not the company she worked for. Zero loyalty. On top of that we have 2 rooms with some jewelry that had some small pieces disappear, and are pursuing legal action. I emailed them about this several times, and they never responded. They did however leave me a very strongly worded voice mail telling me I was immature, and that if I didn't pay them immediately I would be sent to collections and that people like me are bad, and then I personally am a bad person. I also received a bill in the mail from the cleaning woman herself, who received a ticket for parking on the wrong side of the street and had the audacity to tell us we needed to pay for it because it was our fault. We have a 14 bedroom mansion we live out of, and they just lost our business. I tell literally everyone that I see on the scsu campus that they are the worst cleaning service I have ever used, and we have never had this much trouble with someone before.

This is a business of trust and quality. I trust Clear Blue with our cleaning needs for our business and our home. The owners are fantastic to work with, and they deliver on quality and customer service. Thank you for all that you do and continue to do. I recommend them without hesitation.
