Visited recently, the people working in the store are all amazing! My disappointment is more with the selection of bra styles. I noticed that the beautiful, sexy bra styles are not released for women with larger breasts. That really upset me, especially when I realized it's not just the location, there are no G and H sizes for these sexy styles online. This is a very negative message, it's like saying some of us are fuller than others and don't deserve those sexy styles. That's a trigger for me personally, as I struggled in my youth to find stylish clothes and lingerie in the mall when there were no cute plus size options available. Your brand is based on plus size clothing. Please do better. [again, this review is *not* directed at any worker in the store]

Walked in at 4:54pm not realizing they close at 5 woman walked up and said what can I get you I said I was just looking she looked at her watch and said you have 4 mins. Very rude and not the first experience of rudeness here either unfortunately I either don’t get greeted or acknowledged at all or I have the workers looking at their watch to count me down. There is a better way to say this and for now I’m just not happy and they lost a sale.

If you need bras, this is the place to go! They have much more inclusive sizes in the plus size range than most others I've been to, and their selections are incredible. The one I got is by far the most comfortable bra I've ever gotten, and not having to worry about finding my size makes for a much more enjoyable shopping experience!

Been going here a long time. There is a variety of clothing here for different shapes and sizes, styles and tastes. The regular priced items are unnecessarily high I find, but you can find things on sale often. The store is usually kept in a good clean state, and the stock is put out quickly. Some of the sales ladies have poor attitudes and are not very knowledgeable about sizing or stock, and that's why I only gave three stars. I mean, really, part of the experience of shopping in store rather than online is to have great interactions with the people who are there to help you. And you don't always get that at this location.

Awful selection, shapeless clothing, was not welcomed, had a load of clothes to try on, was not offered a changing room, pretty much ignored by staff until I made my purchase, they did talk to other customers, and my shopping companion who was not purchasing anything. Walked out with underwear, could not find ONE other item I would want to wear in this store. Will never go back, I will be shopping online from now on. Just sad that people with overweight body can't engage in the social activities of shopping because not only are there no stores in the mall besides one that are suitable for us, the stores that we seek out that are supposed to sell for our body types buy the worst looking clothes, then cost a fortune. Do better!

Penningtons is such a positive environment. The ladies there seem to really work hard to help their customers find the best for them. On two occasions I have visits they’ve spent 1;1 time with me to help me find the right fit. And have words of encouragement and are very positive. I left with items that made me feel confident.
