Worst Coach store ever visited. Such a bad attitude towards customers. My wife arrived around 6:45pm and just wanted to check some bags quickly, but one of the sales reps refused to open the door for her without any explanation (closing time is 7pm). Another sales rep even rolled her eyes upon her. However when I arrived about 5 mins later they just opened the door for me and explained their computer was down. Obvious gender discrimination! Already filed a complaint and hope these rude ppl will learn a lesson.

My daughter and I was just shopping around Markville,and decided to drop by Coach store to see what was new. There were so many new cute bags,but I didn't want to keep my husband waiting so next time I may purchase something cute. Ellie, the Manager there is super wonderful. She is always looking out for your best interest.Just love this store!

Terribly disappointed, I was given a wallet, card holder and money clip for this past Christmas so the items are just under 6 months old. There were signs of poor manufacturing so I went in with intention of getting them repair even if I had to pay out of pocket not to mention I was making another purchase. I was flat out told that they just don't do that and with an attitude. Not sure why they were so disregarding and condescending. Learn how to treat returning customers.

This was probably one of the best in store experiences I have had for a very long time. Ellie is so welcoming and warm hearted and really went out of her way to package something for me. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a different location other than the markville one. A huge shoutout to the management for training such people like Ellie and for her to be so caring for the customers. Absolutely loved my experience!

I just called to ask about the exchange only I told even the person on call as a honest person it’s been 4 months I want only exchange not return for the size before she hear me says no no no as a good costumer service usually people says I am sorry not to help you as we have some company policies this store has no costumer service education

Definitely not buying from this store location. My husband got kicked out from the store for walking around pushing a baby stroller, because apparently that got in the way of other customers. In their defence, the store got busier than usual (with really only 5 customers) and that they want to provide an “uplifted shopping experience” for their customers comparing to the outlet. One thing they forgot, we are also customers… Sorry but I’d rather spend my money somewhere else.

Very rude staff (the one speak Cantonese lady）It was the first time I went to Coach，and I'm looking for a bag，and I showed her the pictures，and she said i only have this blue color the pink one was sold out.and i asked if we can order from other location or can u check which location we can go there. And she keep saying we don't have （but she didn't do anything or check online for me) and just get other bag to show us. And i want to ask my question and she She kept interrupting my questions！ What a stifling conversation it is！don't go this location ！！！Horrible experience
