We worked with Land Master on our home landscape last year. It was a pleasure working with Sam and his team. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the final result was beautiful. The Land Master team committed to a project timeline and completed the project without any delays. Even when we faced challenges during installation (issues with supply, grading and design) or things didn't go as planned Sam and his team worked hard to find the best solution. On our property we have a significant grade and the team was able to balance the grade and our vision for to find a design that worked for us. In addition to the patio the team completed the sod installation, planting, lighting and irrigation system - was amazing to be able to work with them to complete and manage the entire project. After we received a strong positive referral, we hired LMC to replace an old wooden decrepit retaining wall between our house and our neighbours.They replaced it with a beautiful stone wall that was installed to allow for proper drainage so that it would last forever. We also had them lay a stone walkway along the side of the house to the driveway, and install a small patio in the backyard. We are extremely happy with all three of these projects!I can't say enough about how professional and thorough the crew was, and we would absolutely hire them again.

Sam and his crew recently finished a backyard patio for us in September, and we are very happy with the results! Sam was very responsive and was happy to answer any questions leading up to and during the project. He even met with us at the stone yard so that we could see and pick out our stones. During the project, his crew was always courteous and respectful of the property. They always made sure that the site was organized and clean at the end of each day. Highly recommended!

We used Sam and his crew to execute a design and build. We told him our vision and he helped us on the design. Our scope included new fence with 6x6 posts, stone stairs, interlock, natural gas fire pit, rock garden using armour stone, new columnar trees, new sod and irrigation in front and back. Given the demand on materials last summer, they worked hard travelling to many places to get the materials to finish our job.Sam was honest and gave us advice on where we should spend our money and what to avoid. His crew was professional and maintained an orderly worksite. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The job was finished on time and on budget. Sam and his crew just completed quite a big job for us and totally transformed the front of our home! Sam and his crew were always pleasant and professional. We were informed of progress and kept in the loop of any issues that came up (mostly weather related!) Overall very pleased with this local company and I’m looking forward to using them again next year for our next project!

Sam, Amir and the whole team were fantastic from our first meeting to the final product. Sam did a wonderful job communicating with us throughout the process and really understands how to treat customers. The quality of their work is superb and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out, from the interlock, deck, gazebo, grass and garden beds. We've done a lot of updates with our home over the years and have dealt with a lot of contractors over that timeframe. I can say this was actually an enjoyable experience, and would highly recommend Land Master!
