I've been going to Westside for years, to buy parts for my old dirtbike and now for my quad (which is also pretty old).But I had never used them to do the work. I always did it myself.Well two years ago, my quad needed a backfire addressed and the shifter was not telling the digital gauge what gear it was in. This meant that I couldn't actually start the quad, because it needs to think that is in park or neutral.I took it to a mechanic who has a lot of experience with quads and trucks.Any part that was needed, I still bought from Westside.Well after waiting multiple months and being charged almost as much as I had originally paid for the quad, I took my quad back.It still backfired, still didn't know what gear it was in, and had a handful of other problems which didn't exist before I took it to that guy.FAST FORWARD TWO YEAR'SI was finally ready to spend some more money on the quad which had been sitting for almost two years.I took it to Westside. I gave them a massive list of the issues.They almost immediately diagnosed all problems that the quad originally had, plus the new ones that the shady mechanic created, and charged me less than a third of what the other guy had charged me.They also gave be a full report card on the quad, from end to end, and told me the condition of everything.I will now ONLY take my quad to Westside.Marly is fantastic. Colton is fantastic.The rest of the people who I interacted with but don't know their names, all did great.

Bought a small dirt bike for my 7 year old on short notice for his birthday. The service team had the bike out of the crate and built in 2 hours. Amazing service and great family run business.

Best customer service around. If you have an older Honda this is the place to go to. Ive bought numerous parts for my 83 Shadow here as no other shop in Winnipeg would give me the time and day.

I bought a used 2019 Textron Wildcat XX last month and had a great experience. Chris (salesman) and Kerri (sales and finance) were awesome to deal with. Negotiating was smooth and effortless. The service department did a great job prepping the machine with an oil change, new drive belt, clutch cleaning and a once over on very short notice and i was able to pick up my machine very quick after closing the deal. I now have 500 km of pure fun on this machine and am very happy with westside. Would definitely reccomend.

The staff and crew at Westside are unbelievable. We purchased a side by side this month! If we had any questions or concerns Kerri and staff were there at a drop of a hat.The guys in service truly know there stuff. They ensured our unit was in perfect condition before releasing it to us.We would recommend Westside to anyone in search of side by side, snowmobiles, quads, boat motors, snowblowers etc.From the first contact till we drove our side by side away Kerri was willing to help and listened to all our questionsWe want to thank everyone at Westside for making this a positive experience. Went in for a radiator fan on my arctic cat quad. She said they don't specialize in artic cat but could order one in. Looking online she said it doesn't look like it will work with my rad, but her male co worker assured us it would come with brackets to mount to any rad. Well it didn't have screws never mind brackets. Went back to Westside and they said I was SOL and they can return it but can't do anything else to help me
