It’s always an overwhelming experience going into the Apple Store. They are ALWAYS busy! My partner and I walked in with our phones, ready to trade it in for an Apple Watch. We were instantly greeted at the door and directed to the table where one of their employees (Matt) was going to help us. He seemed very busy but he assured us we wouldn’t wait too long. The wait to be helped by him kept growing but his multitasking skills were quite impressive. He basically helped 5 different parties, including us,while giving everyone equal attention/information. Thank you Matt for being patient with us and answering all of our questions. We walked out satisfied with our purchase and happy with the amazing service by all the employees!

Bought a case a month ago. Happened to get chips in two corners. The team at this location told me they won’t replace the case. The worker gave me an example of “if I ran over my phone, I couldn’t expect to get the damage replaced”. Irrelevant. There is chips in my case, not the whole phone damaged. Unhappy with the quality of the case and team. Please don’t purchase the IPhone cases. Amazon sells the same to better cases, and they have the ability to respect customer service and satisfaction.

I walked into this Apple store today for a battery replacement on a completely functional iPhone, only to walk out with a useless brick. I hope all of you can avoid my painful experience, and to record your conversations with all Apple staff.My battery had expanded and lifted the screen 1-2 mm and I specifically asked if I only had to perform a battery replacement to have the screen level and was assured of this. I verified all user functionality of the screen in otherwise good working order, and the tech ran diagnostics, all ok. Before leaving I specifically asked the tech if the screen was damaged, i.e. if they cracked the screen, if Apple would be responsible and they stated they would be. When they attempted the replacement, they informed me the screen does not work at all anymore, an issue with the connection. The statement afterwards was that the battery damaged the screen (regardless of the fact that I dropped it off WORKING). The manager Francis said anything can happen during their repairs, and their staff did all due diligence to explain to me the risks for which I do not agree. Had I known this I would have preferred to keep the phone, use it for a while longer. Francis offered to meet halfway with a 10% discount on a $556 repair bill. Consider your options very carefully and avoid this he-said-she-said situation by recording your conversations with this company.

Bought my first Apple Watch today and I have to say, the experience was great! Shawn was an amazing help. He took his time to help me set up my watch and was very patient. I felt like he truly cared about my experience and made sure it was the best one he could give. I will definitely shop at this store from now on!

After wasting my time four time in a row. They wanted to repair a brand new phone that I very recently purchased, as opposed to replacing it. The battery still doesn't charge completely, and all four times that I visited, they just did the same tests over and over again with no solution to my problem. I would definitely not recommend coming here for any customer support.

The Apple Store experience is not my favourite. By the time I enter the store, I know what I want to buy - I don't need anything other than a checkout process. However, it doesn't seem the store is really geared to selling products to people who just want to get in and get out with a product the same day they decide to buy. I don't know where to go in the store to get in line".When you get to the checkout process it's always very slick and the staff are very well prepared

Walked in to purchase three iPhone 14 Pros for my employees. Store was somewhat empty, went to the iPhone, looked over at the bleach blonde for help, she looks at me quickly, I’m already beginning to ask her something and she just decided to greet the old women that walking behind me. I laugh to myself as I just had an earlier experience in another store. Walk feeing into the store for help and two male SAs are having social hour with each other, while two other heavyset female SAs look my way but do not engage and just continue talking with each other. With in-store service like THIS, I’ll just place my order online.

Very busy but not as bad as other apple stores. Decent service that can be amazing or very poor at timed. They recommend an appointment, but in the past, I have found I've gotten the same service walking in. Techs are obviously very busy so they try to manage a few people at once. What I expect from Apple. Pack your patience. It's not a place to go if you're in a rush.

beware of the sales people their ... I went in today to pick up online order and I open the box. The phone had a crack in it so I went in to get it replaced right away. the sales representative just processed a refund and asked me to place order from the store and then when I was trying to do so it came up as a fraud alert because of same transaction happening again and now i m stuck without a phone for another week... I kept asking the person helping me like how it will be processed and everything and he just keep talking without even listening to me

In midst of asking questions, I got interrupted by the guy that was helping me by checking someone in for their appointment. I was interested in the sale yet chose to leave as I was pushed aside quite quickly. Please ensure you are done with your customer before going on to help another or simply direct the new customer to a co-worker that is free.
