Hard to shop here. They have good items, but don't seem to carry any actual human sizes. Just fat blob sizes.

Best service I have ever had in a Mark's is the one here in Cold Lake. The staff was so friendly and helpful, it was so appreciated. Their practices for Covid were great, we felt very safe shopping here.

I had a pair of work boots for 2 weeks. The insoles would not stay in place. They would slide down to the toe while wearing them. I was told they would not exchange because they don’t exchange for fit and comfort. This seems like a manufacturers problem...they fit fine and when the insole stays in place they are comfortable. It’s a problem with the boot, not the fit. I’m left with $260 boots that I can’t wear unless I spend even more money on new insoles (Their suggestion). I gave 2 stars because I have had good service there before, but this was a very frustrating experience.

They should have things marked properly when it says cotton sweater on a end cap they by law should need to give the price that was advertised on that end cap sign, without using the massively amount of attitude I'll be reporting it back to head office

Only downfall is no Women's workwear section. Staff was extra helpful and my requesed size is being shipped to the store as they didn't have it in stock.

Lots to choose from, but seems like alot of guys on the Riggs wear Watson scapegoat gloves. They are impact gloves on leather. Usually about 22$. But marks doesn't have these ones. All the leather impact gloves are around 40 - 60 bucks. No cheap ones. But other then that they have all you need. Be prepared for being asked for a donation at the front desk, then if you want to sign up for a triangle card, then your email for the reciept. Sometimes you just wanna But your stuff and go.

You website is useless you have constant promps to add you cart when your using your phone, you can't access the measuring guide, instantly wants everything added to the cart. Super pushy website to the point of being obnoxious. Deffinately won't be shopping online with you guys.
