Went to pick up a package which was sent without the suite number on it. I got an email from Canada Post letting me know about the delay. They gave me the option to have it delivered with the number corrected or come and pick it up. I went to pick it up. Very professional polite service.

Incredibly misleading signs, but to be very clear: you CANNOT drop off mail or packages here unless you're a business. Don't try to follow the signs that say package drop off". They really mean "commercial package drop off" but couldn't be bothered to make anything explicit or clear.Very friendly and helpful employee standing outside though."

The business drop off works great..if you aren't a business another post office maybe commercial and 6th..... Friendly people !

I would like to send a huge THANK YOU to Chris Oliver of 333 Woodland Dr, Vancouver, Canada Post Office... who went over and above his job description today and found me on Facebook. A package that was sent to me was side tracked and rather than having it sent back or destroyed we were able to communicate via a PM on Facebook and I went and picked it up.This is the type of service that is rarely seen these days and I am very appreciative.Thank you Chris!yvonne

The WORST delivery service. They lost my parcel, and then delayed the investigation so long that recovery was impossible. Brutal service at all levels. Incompetent and unreasonable.

My mail was redirected there after our mailbox got broken into. The staff is friendly but the opening hours are ridiculous: 10am to 2pm, so I have to take time off work to pick up my mail...

The ONLY reason I am giving a Canada Post outlet 5 stars is because of a wonderful man that works there named Massimo Soriano. He ended our postal zero star" nightmare today by going the EXTRA mile to help my son Luke. He (like us) was eager to find our missing package. Thank you Massimo! God Bless you. Not sure I will use Canada Post again but you my friend deserve a RAISE! Merry Christmas"

Very nice staff! They don't carry stamps at this location (more of a business drop off/pick up kinda place I think), but the person at the desk kindly explained that the Commercial St. location would have stamps.

This is a letter carrier depot not a retail postal outlet...to the princess who took objection to the depot being closed on Dec 29th, they were contending with a Omicron outbreak...you keep raging there Princess!!!
