One of the employees is such a mean woman, she has no regard for people and yells at everyone

The new woman who works there. Refused to look for my package yesterday even though I had the tracking number and at 20 to 5 locked the doors of the facility even though they’re open till five because it was just too busy even know when I left there was only two other people in line she locked the doors.

I was in there to ask some questions. I have never been treated so poorly at this post office. The teller would not listen or let me finish giving her my information. She then proceeded to get mad at me when I asked more questions to make sure she and I were both on the same level. I was finally done not being listened to and told her thank you for her time and walked out. She proceeded to yell at me saying sorry you didn't want to listen." blonde short haired women."

I have been treated with cruelty, hate and discrimination on more than one occasion at this establishment.

The lady that helped me was very cold, unhappy and done right rude!

The old lady with white short hair is the least friendly person ever. I had never ordered anything online and i wasnt quite sure what i was doing and she was the least patient most rude ive ever seen

I find the staff pleasant and helpful. The only issues are related to mistakes I've made in how I've addressed parcels. Using a street address and then having the parcel shipped to the post office. The staff have been good at getting the parcels to me even without a postal box.Thanks.

The older lady with grey hair working at Raymond Post Office is extremely unfriendly and rude. This is not the way to treat people. I didn't get her name unfortunately. I know that she is a full time worker there and every time I go to the Post Office, she is there. It came to the point that it is so unpleasant to go there that I would rather drive all the way to Lethbridge. On another occasion when I was at the Post Office there was a very old man who could hardly stand waiting in line and then when he came in the worker yelled him and told him to leave because there were already two people inside the room. I have never witnessed in my life workers at any Canada Post Office treating people like this. Somebody needs to stop this. This is very abusive behavior from Raymond Post Office workers.

Was sending a letter to the US and wanted the fastest available delivery.The front end staff member was VERY helpful. The skinny woman in the back was quite rude while I was being helped. She said, and I quote.We don't have time for this

Rude, unpleasant. Been to many in Lethbridge and never been treated like I have been here
