Car-Wal Garage Doors

This place runs like a preschool, no one takes pride in their work. People who actually enjoy their job are treated poorly and paid poorly. I highly recommend a different company where your experience will be professional and your garagedoor treated with the care it deserves. Most technicians would rather make any excuse not to do their job and treat other employees with disrespect where you must constantly hound them for something you may need on a site. Overall do not recommend.

I purchased a new garage door from these folks in September.Do to covid shortages they told me it would be a January installation. However they surprised me right before Christmas. The young man came out and installed my door in a couple hours. He was so respectful and polite. I couldn't be happier about my experience with this company.

I moved into a house Janaury 2022 in Downtown Burlington that was renovated 6 years ago. House added a garage, which required installing a Garage door. Former owners selected the Car-wal team to install one of their mid to higher range Chamberlain products.Now 6 years later I am the benefactor of the former owners decision. Well in first month we experienced problems with the door continuing to balance resulting in door going up after each time it was depressed to close.Called Car-Wal, which directed me to first take advantage of free" services offered by Chamberlain

We researched 3 companies, Costco, Home Depot and Car-Wal. We concluded Car-Wal was our best choice. They beat out the others in price, service and product. We are very happy with the look and operation of our new garage door and garage door opener. Derek was great and he know's what he's talking about. Installation service was quick and professional. We would highly recommend Car-Wal Door System if you are in the market for a new garage door/opener.

Super friendly and helpful! Car-Wal recently installed two beautiful doors for my garage. Unfortunately, my daughter (who is learning how to drive) bumped the car into one of the doors. There was a small dent and the door was thrown off alignment and the sensors ripped out. Car-Wal sent a technician the next day and he fixed the door in under 30 minutes. Their repair fee was very reasonable too. Thanks to them, my garage door is back up and running perfectly!

I wasn't sure if I could get a replacement remote for my garage door opener (older model). Car-Wal sent out a repairman who checked it out for me and replaced the remote - super friendly in office and on location and then covered by warranty. Great experience.

I hired Carwal Ancaster as I wanted to support a local company. I contacted them for a quote and their pricing was significantly less than other vendors. I called again to confirm their quote and was provided the same pricing. Their installer was excellent and the openers work great, but then I got a bill for double what I was quoted. I contacted them and they did not offer any discount off the bill for the misunderstanding and instead told me they don't profit off the openers and would be happy to remove them if I didn't pay the bill. I was disappointed that they would rather incur MORE costs to remove the openers and get ZERO dollars, than to provide some form of a small discount for the misunderstanding that was initiated by their staff. I do not recommend this company - poor customer service and lack of accountability for the actions of their team.

Earlier this summer I purchased a Garage garage door from Car-Wal. The installation was done professionally, on-time, and the site was cleaned up after the installation. The sales person / representative was Derek Simpson and he kept us up to date for delivery / installation. Even with a phone call at 8:00PM to confirm the delivery date. Outstanding service from everyone at Car-Wal.
