This Toronto moving company has helped me move twice and have never let me down. I was recently moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom home in just five hours. It was amazing. They are friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. They have never had anything broken or scratched. The movers are able to disassemble and reassemble furniture and are very accommodating in any circumstances. We are grateful to this company for their excellent service and made our move so easy!

Amazing team and service! Carefree Moving was a great choice for me and my family to move from London, Ontario to Montreal. They were prompt and took excellent care of our belongings. They were responsive to my numerous questions and very kind when I emailed them about their services. Although I was initially nervous about the move, their professional team made it easy for me to understand the process and put my mind at ease. I rarely write negative reviews, but this particular experience compelled me to do so. Despite booking my move a month in advance and providing detailed descriptions and measurements of my belongings, I encountered several issues. The movers arrived late with an inadequately sized truck. In an attempt to accommodate the situation, I suggested making two trips since our new location was only 300 meters away. However, the movers proceeded to load only six items into the elevator while taking their time chatting and stalling instead of efficiently working. Since we were so high up in the building, I found loading only 6 in the elevator to be extremely inefficient, so I offered to assist by going down with one to assist in loading, while the other helped my elderly father prepare more boxes at the front of the elevator. They declined, so we asked if they could at least load more than 6 boxes in an elevator that could load almost 30, but they complained about the working environment and accused us of interfering with their job. It was unnecessary for two people to handle just six boxes in an elevator that could accommodate 30. Eventually, they abruptly left the job after a mere 20 minutes of work. To my surprise, one of the movers even attempted to scam me by asking for payment for his taxi ride home and altering the terms of our agreement to where we'd be paying 120$/hr for only the truck and I would load it myself. Their unprofessional behaviour during our closing day left us in a difficult position. I have never encountered such dishonesty in my life, and I suspect there may have been a racial motivation since one of the movers expressed his dislike after learning we were Muslim. They mishandled our boxes, which was captured on security footage. Despite my efforts to do most of the work myself, the movers insisted on leisurely loading the dolly into the truck. I had to urgently call friends for assistance and complete the move myself due to their incompetence. Considering the substantial hourly rate of $120 and an upfront of 180$, I expected at least a basic level of efficiency, which they failed to deliver.

Manager made my move extremely easy, he was prompt with his replies and everything he guaranteed was done to perfection. He was very efficient and also extremely careful with my items.

When hiring a moving company, it is easy to find negative things to complain about. Carefree Moving was very professional during my move. They are prompt, efficient, and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. All of the moving crew members were extremely experienced. There were no problems or delays anywhere. For this move I had already hired a moving company, but as they raised their rates and eventually it was twice the price, I decided to search for an affordable and reliable moving company. Carefree Moving was my way to finding it. Their customer service was very helpful and explained everything to me. They also gave me an all-inclusive cost! It was slightly higher than the original quote from the other company, but it was less than the final. The movers were knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely experienced in providing top-notch move services. Their professional services are a big plus. I can honestly say that this was my best move yet.
