I do NOT recommend KO Auto Finance. I was working with a salesman there to buy a boat. They told me I was approved to buy the boat, just needed to sign the paperwork and also send a bank draft. I did all of the above. The day I was supposed to pick up the boat, the salesman was asking for more information and kept me in the dark the whole time that apparently my approval had been revoked. He said come Monday, that they would cut me a cheque regardless and I could pick up the boat. Well now, today is Monday and he’s telling me that there is misinformation coming from his finance manager and I STILL cannot pick up the boat, despite saying I was approved and said “Congratulations!!”. It took the hours to reply to my message, and didn’t respond until I had texted again to tell me that I won’t be able to pick up the boat up AGAIN.Highly DO NOT recommend KO Auto Financing unless you want your credit hit without getting anything from them!!UPDATE: They originally came back saying I would get a $205 biweekly payment with a 10.65% interest rate. Once the bank apparently revoked my approval, they are now saying I will have to put $4000 down, with a $347 biweekly payment and 21% interest rate!This place has been nothing but a joke and now they’ve hit my credit for absolutely no reason at all.

Cole, TY and the finance people at KO Auto were hands down one of the best group of people to deal with. They have gone above and beyond to do what they could to help myself and my family to get into a Toy Hauler camper along with making a trade in process of a sxs easy! Highly recommend this company if looking for a outdoor toy, camper or any vehicle you are looking into. Will for sure be coming back again in the future!

KO Auto Finance was an amazing company to deal with. Shawn helped me get into my 2019 Ram 2500 Big Horn. Him and Daniel were really east to deal with and provided the best service I have ever head. Would suggest anyone to go to KO Auto Finance and ask for SHAWN!!!!
