As an instructor here. It's been a fantastic working environment. I really feel like the college cares about education first above all. I still feel this way after 7 years.

Downtown in the dangerous part of winnipeg, and no parking. So not only do you have to walk, but you have to pray you don't get stabbed or mugged on your way to class.

With all the changes that have been made, I am disappointed and can safely say we are officially out of choices as working adults who are looking to achieve any credentials in Manitoba. If you aren’t able to attend school full time, there are no quality options for you at RRC. And they wonder why young people continuously leave this province. 0/10; would not recommend!

Very bad school, especially for the amount of tuition you have pay for. Its all about the money for them, they don't care about your well being or success. All that matters is that you have already paid them. Most teachers expect too much, and some are even rude or play favorites. Let alone the bare minimum effort they put out to teach the students. Might as well read my own books rather than have someone read" the whole lecture for me in class. I expected more for having to pay all those ridiculous fees and deposits. Completely wasted my time and money!"

I’d like to respond to one specific review by Sam G saying this college has minimal education just because it is an entrance for international students to getting permanent residency. Your opinion is very biased based on these facts: 1. those international students usually already have a degree, whether it’s a bachelor or even master degree. They are good enough to be able to choose the country they’d like to live in. And They came here mainly for the work permit. They are actually overqualified for a college. And some of them have gained the highest GPA in their class and many have graduated with honors. 2. The tuition for international students is twice(or more) as much as local students. Like mine is 15,000 CAD a year, no loan, usually no scholarships. So the college has more money to invest in improving the equipment and education by having many international students. We CONTRIBUTE. 3. International students may came from developing countries having different cultures and facing lots of difficulties. But the academic standards are the same for everyone. If they failed a course, they may even face the risk of going home. So how could they lower the quality of education? Yeah many of them have accents or struggle with speaking English but that doesn’t mean they are less intelligent and their English become better as time goes by.In conclusion, having many international students doesn’t make the college worse. And in Canada, everyone is or used to be an immigrant except for Indigenous peoples. Be RESPECTFUL and make more sense.
