Have delt with the spruce grove store on many occasions as I passed through town from work as I live closer to Calgary. Staff was always friendly and helpful especially their manager. If they didn't have the part I was looking for they found it in stock usually in airdrie which made it a quick and easy pick up. They will continue to receive my business anytime.

I dread going into this place and talking to the guys that run the counter, Malcolm and Randal I believe their names are.Karlene has been great help anytime iv been there, but she hasn't been around the last few times iv been in.

The people trying to look up and sell part at this location have the intelligence of a hamster. Malcolm is so ignorant I refuse to deal with him. I will drive to the west end store if I have time. Worst attitude possible.

prices are high, as if they their control arms and chassis parts aren't supplied by Mevotech who supplies control arms and chassis to all companies in North America... Companies such as AC Delco, Best Buy, Napa, Original Grade, Supreme, Oreilly are all supplied by Mevotech who imports the same parts from other countries.They are all produced and imported from the same factories in third world countries yet Napa wants to charge more for the same product that other companies are selling for less.Work in the industry and have first-hand experience of where parts are sourced from.

Why are prices here higher than any other Napa I’ve ever been to in my life. Save your money and go somewhere else, 17$ for an oil filter that sells for 11 bucks at other locations. And that’s just the start. Do not waste your time here

Closed at 5pm and would not wait for another 10min for me to get there from out of town. I understand they are closing, but the extra mile goes a long way. Where I work, it's too bad, you're staying. We've got things to do and don't get paid to sit around for 10-15min" was the response I got."

Complete waste of time on doing any business with this outfit no warranty on a battery that was purchased this year and was said to me that I need the receipt to have warranty. So will never shop there ever again.
