Dr. Mark Joe and his employees are awesome! Very welcoming and professional.

I emailed them inquiring about some services I needed. Sonia was very nice and informative replying back. On the first appointment, Sonia was very thorough and helped explain any details. Dr.Joe is very considerate. He listened to all my concerned and he really puts patients first. I definitely recommend Dr Joe and Sonia!

Dentists, hygienists and staff here are very professional. I have been going here for couple of years and every time had good experience. The way they do the treatments is not overwhelming but thorough. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They seem Kind and caring. The office looked pretty good when I was passing by, though I didn’t use their services, I would consider.

The dental hygienist Nora did a very good job. She was also very friendly and cheerful. She did a fine job of explaining to me the steps I need to take to maintain good oral care. Hope to see her again on my future visits. Everybody is very friendly at the clinic. Thank you for the great service.

I think Dr. Joe. is very questionable. Here is my experience. At my first visit he told me there were lots of things needed to be done base on my good benefit. I felt it was unnecessary, so I refused to follow his advice. It seemed he was hungry for money.The worst experience was I had problem with one tooth and he drilled the good tooth beside it. I complained it to him and the Royal College but he asked me to sign an agreement and tried to silence me without any apology. It means I can't talk about my experience to the public. I refuse to do so. I feel it is my duty to tell the public the truth and let people make their own choice.I respect our professionals, but I lost faith in Dr. Mark Joe.# # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # #It is very unfortunate that Dr. Joe is denying I was his patient (For sure I am not now). He knows exactly what I was talking about and what he had done to me. The hygienists here always make me feel comfortable and do a great job. They always manage to get me in quickly and their work is great!

the dental hygenist was being really unprofessional , it seemed like she had a bad day but it is unfair to take out on your patient !
