Super rude owner, brags about doing hair for 25 years and then couldn’t even handle textured hair. Hair looked choppy.

First time at place, Staff member Amanda was incredibly rude, got very upset over me wearing a hoodie. Definitely won’t be coming back and definitely won’t be recommend this place. HORRIBLE!!!

Got my 18 month old son's first haircut here. Was a little nervous but they were superb and it went without a hitch. He looks much more sophisticated now! Thanks

We came here for the first time to get corrective hair colouring for my 13 year old (when home bleach and colouring went wrong). This was the first salon I called and they fit us in quickly. Amanda was amazing! She was so informative about our options during the consult, and was so patient in helping my daughter fix her hair, and she loved the end result. Amanda created a colour that was perfect for her (and showed my daughter different shades to pick from) We were even there a half hour after close to finish, she did not rush us out, made sure to dry and style so we could see the final result and we appreciated this so much. We will absolutely be back! (and will never try at home bleaching again) Thank you!!

After my appointment with Colleen today, I am so thrilled with my hair, I immediately wanted to write this positive review. After I ruined my hair by coloring it myself at home, I was desperate for any kind of improvement. Colleen not only achieved that, but with her expertise in coloring and foils, my hair looks amazing. Highly recommend Jessica. I have short, thick hair and have gotten many bad haircuts over the years. Today was the first time visiting Jessica and she did an amazing job and gave me a lot of good tips. Super relieved to have found someone who seems to care and has talent.

I was so happy that a friend recommended this place! I was greeted when I walked in and left with a waaay better colour than I’d hoped for! Loved what she was able to do…and it was friendly, comfortable and reasonably priced, yay!

I recently had a first visit for a colour and style. The haircut was okay, but the Ash blonde reqested on my hair was not ash blonde on the fresh hair growth, it was was bordering on a ginger tone, Things happen, and an appointment was made for correction. The Owner called me 1hr before my appointment, And without actually waiting until I came for my appointemnt so she could see my hair colour. The Owner argued with me on the phone about my hair colour which she has NOT seen, She was rude and offensive, told me I did'nt know what the term 'adding warmth to a colour meant' ! defending the colouring, and her staff. - The girl who cut and coloured my hair was not at fault, as she consulted with the owner about the colour mix for the Ash blonde requested. And the owner stated her staff must consult her about any dye job, - As the conversation deteriorated, and she made a comment about going to the store, I informed the woman that she should have had the manners to wait until I arrived for my appointment, So she could see the hair colour she arguing with me about!.. The owner was arrogant and dissmisive.. I give her 0 out of 10 for customer service!
