We are first home buyers and have really enjoyed working with Luke for finding our dream home. We talked to several realtors and decided to work with Luke. He is kind, patient, and professional, and most importantly showed genuine passion for his job. Very knowledgeable about the Edmonton housing market, has great strategies dealing with sellers/other realtors, and does excellent and insightful property history review and investigations of comparable properties. Also, he has a very positive, can-do attitude and is very fun to be around. He was flexible to accommodate our schedules, and showed us dozens of listings in evenings and weekends. He has a good eye for details and property condition. Overall, we had a great experience buying our home and will definitely work with Luke again in the future.

Buying our first home was quite the process. Luke was patient, understanding, insightful and helpful. His schedule was flexible and he took a lot of time out of his days/evenings to show us many houses until we found the one that we knew was perfect for us. Luke narrowed down exactly the type of home we wanted and then sent us a list to choose from. I was impressed with the choices because they weren't overwhelming and each option was well chosen. We went out for some showings back to back and found our perfect home the first time out! I started looked for a condo a few months ago now and I needed a agent to help me out. A good friend of mine had sent me Luke's way. We contacted Luke for the first time the same evening we saw an acreage listing we really liked. He immediately texted us back and we made plans to see the acreage the next day.
