Update 2022: crooks! this company stole my money 2 years in a row. I've paid for pictures 2 years in a row and they have not given me the product I've paid for. Makes me wonder how many people they do this to? Chat assistance is very useless!!! all the numbers they give us for accounts and access are cumbersome and useless because if you give those numbers to the agents, they can't seem to find anything!!! A company that continues to fail time and time again. And they have now added a $2 charge for costs and improvements" - doesn't seem to be helping.2020/2021: There are consistent issues with this company year after year. Sloppy photographers

Expensive and slow. Advertised $10 for photo but the price was just to have it taken, it was upwards of $70 to recieve it. Prices listed on the website are already high, but are actually even higher when you go to pay. Save yourself from these robbers, get mum to take your pictures

If I could give them zero stars I would! What a joke of a company! Had school pictures done in September/22, they were awful. Did retakes late November/22, placed an order and got them 2nd week of Jan/23. They came without name and date even tho they charged me for it. The magnets were completely unaligned with the photos, there were photos missing.So I called right away, they refunded me $50 of the $75 I spent, and said 2-3 weeks.At 4 weeks I called and asked where my photos are, they fumbled around and told me they will look into it as it still says processing. They had to EMAIL the lab, and not able to call to get an answer. After over a week of phoning back and forth I’m told the lab cancelled the order due to input error even tho the manager says there was no error. Now, I am stuck waiting another 2-3 weeks for photos (if they don’t get cancelled again) even tho I live 10 minutes from lab and can pick up, they don’t allow that. Unbelievable!!! Oh and the cherry on top, is had I not phoned in, I wouldn’t know anything! No one would have called me to say it was cancelled or something was wrong!Worst. Company. EVER!!!The lab this year also took away the name and date on the magnets which is absurd!

This is probably one of the worst services. School photos were taken 2 months ago, I approved and paid the proofs a month ago. Order is still processing. Would’ve been nice to give these out to family for Christmas, doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Will be contacting our school division about not using Lifetouch again!!

If I can give them ZERO I definitely will!!!! This is my first time writing a review wherein I'm very disappointed about the service! I went to the studio for my graduation pictorial on January 10th. The staff weren't doing their job properly!. They were rushing and didn't care how you looked on camera! I asked them if it was possible to see my photos after the pictorial but they refused to show me and told me to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for the sample photos by mail! They're kinda rude! So, I went home feeling bad and hoping for the best result of all the photos taken that day!.Finally, after almost 6 weeks of waiting, I've got the sample photos by mail and guess what! There are missing photos, and most of the photos are blurry! So I called them the next day and tried to complain, but unfortunately it was really hard to reach them! No one answered! So, I went to the studio but they were closed early even though it was still business hour. So, I went to their office/reception and asked the lady to check the samples. The lady tried to call the studio and check if someone could assist me but, the manager had gone home already. She asked for my email and phone number and told me to wait for the manager's call by next week. That's what I did! And never heard from the manager for a week already! They don't care about their customers!#Very unprofessional!#Not worth the money!#Poor photo quality!#Very expensive!#Not recommended!

My son's 8x10 print came with their watermark/logo on the bottom right and the school year on the bottom left – I didn't ask for either. You'd think since you paid for the print that they SHOULD remove their watermark/logo. When I told their customer service that I didn't ask for these b/c the picture looks tacky and cheap, she said that it's part of their printer's template. So for all of you who paid extra for the school years, you were misled b/c it will just come with it.In the end, customer service told me to return the print before they can issue a refund and give me money back but after checking out their reviews, I decided to keep it (lest I stress further about their business practices) and just get a frame with 2-inches border.The 2 star is for the magnets which turned out OK. I had to cut the edges on 2 of them though or they would've ripped apart.

I got photos done for school and the backgrounds they picked were so ugly and a lot of editing was blurry where the picture of me met the back ground I spent $90 on photos mainly wallet sizes as that’s what my family wanted but they didn’t even come cut so now they are going to be ruin if I try to cut them with stickers. I’m 100% disappointed. $15 for a few phones to even be taken and then $90 on the batch of the two I actually liked even thought the background ruined the photos just to have to ruin the photos by cutting them. What am I even spending the money on if they don’t do any work?

Tried placing an order for both of my school aged kids. Buggy website dropped one kid, and doubled the order for the other one. Try to edit the order. Can't. Try to cancel. Can't.Customer service? Non-existent. I'm reversing the charge on my credit card as there seems to be no way to fix the order I submitted a few minutes ago.

I have to give them Zero, terrible customer service, and try to hide from customer calls. Orders 2 photos from June 2022 ( Graduation day, MITT ) . They said their Sd card failed however they seem to be not trying to announce to customer about this until it was reveal by one of our classmate

If there is 0 star I definitely give 0. They promised we can received our graduation in two weeks and now already 3 months there is nothing. I called and emailed no one answered. Spam for sure. I don’t know MITT why give them the job to take the pictures for us. Maybe they have interest between each other.
