DO NOT TRUST HIM. Bought a washing machine was delivered, Washing machine didn't spin clothes came out soaking wet, he blamed it on the clothes not being balanced, let him know within 24 hours, he was not able to come look at it till days later, said no worries he would get it picked up between 3 and 4....it is 4:20 and still waiting...finally arrived at 4:55

great guy, however, only allowed 2 returns. after the 2nd time, he just gave my money back - fair and honest - wish i could have tried more units and get one that worked

Excellent service, there was an issue with the first washer. It was looked at and then because it couldn't be fixed easily, it and the dryer was replaced so I'd have a matching set.
