For example; after explaining to Katie" that my battery supply had been depleted and my dog was forgetting his boundaries

Great experience with Invisible Fence! Our sweet dog is now safe and sound. Would highly recommend the indoor unit. Also, if you want to keep pets off of light, colored carpeting or certain living spaces. Katie was awesome to work with, always available for a quick response.

Overall, great experience! Kevin, our trainer, came out and worked to gain the trust of our dog right away. He was very good at explaining what type of containment this was and how dogs respond to it and the proper way to coach and train our dog. Kevin was very patient and didn’t rush the process, you can tell he is a dog person. Our dog took to it very quickly and that was much in part due to Kevin and his guidance. Kevin did a great job for us, responded to all our questions, and got us up and running with this product quickly - thank you Kevin!

Our experience with Invisible Fence of the UP has been great since the beginning. Kevin Rudden has come to our home a couple of times and he is great. He knows all about the product and is very helpful. He explains things clearly so you understand. He is great with our dogs and just an all around nice guy. Kyle (owner) and Kevin (trainer/installer) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They both provided unique tips and tricks being new to the invisible fence product, and even added in some invaluable potty training advice for our puppy! When my husband and I first looked into Invisible Fence, we were unsure if it would be the right fit for our dogs. We have 2 puppies and wanted something that would last and keep them safe. We had been looking into fencing options for awhile, and after a friend referred us we thought we would try it out. Invisible fence is such a great company and we were so happy with the service we received. Katie was very kind and knowledgable, she got us scheduled super fast for the initial quote and all our training appointments. Kyle walked us through the whole process and was able to get us scheduled for the install within a week! Kevin was very fast and efficient installing the fence. Thank you Kevin at invisible fence for coming to install all 3 of my pets with their collars. My dog and 2 cats are doing so well with their boundaries in the yard and this mama can rest easy knowing they are safe from the roads surrounding us.
