Happy Home House Cleaning Service

I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks. You call and they say send us a text message. You send a text message and they don't respond. You call them back the day before the requested appointment to try to get the invoice and confirm. All they say is that we will call you back. No one calls back. You call on the day of the proposed appointment and tell them your frustration and that you want to go to another company and they respond ok.Absolutely horrible!!! Well off to another company I go!!!!!

I asked for a post renovation cleaning. Two days later two cleaners were at my house and did a wonderful job of cleaning my home which was covered in a layer of dust . The girls were friendly and efficient and had my cleaned in three hours. I was very happy with this company.

What a great experience to come home to such a clean house after Happy Homes cleaning was there. Can’t wait for them to come back!

Worst cleaning service ever. The came in to the house and pretty much only vacuumed, they also broke the blinds off the window and no note or anything was left- I actually had to inform the manager that the blinds were broken because the maids didn't leave a note or tell her. They then came in to do a re-cleaning as we were extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the first cleaning- a man came in to the house and I showed him the problems areas, and then after the re-cleaning barely any of the areas were even touched! I communicated my displeasure with the Carrol L and she expressed no apology. Horrible customer service, and horrible quality assurance. There was almost no point in receiving a re-cleaning from them as they have no clue how to clean a house... perhaps our cleaning crew just did not care about the quality of their work- but it is absolutely absurd that I should have to hire ANOTHER maid company to clean AFTER happy home came through twice. The service isn't even worth a penny.

Loving this cleaning team! They have really helped me stay on top of my home as I've recently become a single mom and doing my best to juggle everything as much as I can. It's such a relief to know that this crew will take care of my home to the level that I want - no major instruction needed, no issues with logistics or scheduling - very convenient booking and payment options. Professional and thorough estimate process as well. Everyone has been very friendly. I highly recommend this company and their staff :)
