Horrible experience. Got a wool coat dry cleaned and repaired here. Came back with stains and was told they could not be removed. Understood. Checked the mending and there were more holes in the coat then when I dropped it off. Asked for a refund for the mending and was refused. Was told that they know the coats come back damaged from the out sourced dry cleaner. Not their responsibility. Was laughed at when I asked for a refund rather than them offering to fix it again. I would not trust this place with anything. Terrible mending and customer service.Owner has responded to review with lies and did not treat me with any respect. I did not swear at anyone. As you can see in other reviews which I should have read before trusting this place. This is what they do best. If you want your stuff ruined and have them offer to ruin it some more with there terrible mending. This is the place!

like many others I see who have used this service. I asked before paying when my dry cleaning would be ready, and it indeed was not ready on time… At least they were being understanding but they weren't forthcoming about their confusion, I’d recommend going elsewhere!

I have used this location twice before and had no issues. However the third time wasn’t so great. I dropped a blazer off on Wednesday 18th for dry cleaning. I specifically asked before paying when it would be ready and was told Saturday (21st). I was content with that as the wedding is Sunday. Only to find out once I pulled in and tried to pick it up there is a sign posted that they are closed from 21st-23rd for Victoria Day. I understand being closed for the holiday. What I am confused about is why pickups would be scheduled for a day that they’re closed. Not happy!Updated: On the Tuesday after the holiday weekend I did not have anyone respond to my voicemail that I left. I called them and the woman I spoke to was very rude on the phone. She said, “I don’t care you can have your money back.” I was shocked. I really don’t care about $18 but an apology or acknowledging wrong doing would have been nice. When I picked up the blazer the young girl was very apologetic so there’s one plus.

Update:They get 10 stars!!!!!!!I have used this family business for uniform alterations and repairs. I’ve had no issues with the outsourced dry cleaning services as well. They have always been polite, honest & prices are fair. I would highly recommend them. They’ve recently switched to a different dry cleaning company & I’m currently waiting to pick up a school uniform that has red acrylic paint on it, if they get the paint out I’ll give them 10 stars!!!!

Terrible experience and service. Needed two dresses altered and steamed for a wedding. I went to pick up my dress and they said they needed more time and to pick up the dress the day of the wedding. When I came back, the dress was STILL completely untouched. My dress was lying in a ball on the floor... She altered it quickly and messily. The other dress to be steamed was STILL not steamed or ready. No apologizes or refunds. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this family ran business. They do a good job and will do same day alterations for a slightly higher fee. This is the third time I used their services and I am very satisfied. The ladies working there are super friendly and nice. Will recommend to all.

I brought in an expensive winter coat for cleaning in mid November and it has been either lost or stolen. I've repeatedly called and get put off. No one knows or cares.

5 Star Quality And Service. Clothing Is Always Ready For Pick Up As Promised. Friendly Personnel. Perfectly Pressed Collars On My Shirts. Alteration Work Is The Best. I Would Highly Recommend ARS (Formerly YAZZ). The Only Negative Feedback I Would Have Is The 9-5 Hours...Not Exactly Conducive For People Who Work 9-5. The Staff Will Always Wait For Me If I Call Ahead To Advise That I Might Be A Couple Minutes After 5 PM. Nice Family Run Business.
