Good selection of frames. Customer service is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. I have had issues with one of my frames, all sorted without fuss and under warranty. Thoroughly recommend this store

Just had to share my experience at Dream Optical. Tarandeep (the optician) is very knowledgeable and helped me select the right frames that were super light and the look I was going for. It also helps that they have all the brand names to choose from, which gives many choices. Will be coming back again, as this is my new go to spot.Attaching a picture of the frame I got for myself. I've ordered two pairs of prescription glasses. I received an excellent service, with close attention to detail, I also didn't feel being rushed-the store was fairly busy. Went there to adjust my new prescription glasses (not purchased there). Taran really helped me understand how the setup process is done in case minor adjustments need to be made in the future. A straightforward and an honest person who refused to take any money for his skill, expertise and time. Will be definitely going back to him for any and all future purchases. Highly recommend!

I've bought 3 pairs of glasses and have always had awesome service. The staff have always taken the time to go over all my options and styles and make sure they fit properly. Once I even broke my glasses by sitting on them. I took them in for repair and told them how I broke them. The frame I had was no longer available so they replaced the whole frame for free, this was at least a year after I had bought them.

Went there to find replacement frames for my girlfriend's glasses. The person working there Mr.Taran was really professional and help us out. I was planning to get glasses for myself anyways. Went there later after few days just because of him. He is warm and welcoming. 5 stars to him!!
