I’ve never seen such unprofessional staff. Profanity, making fun of clients, disgusting behaviour. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. Complained to higher ups and I was never even contacted. They will make fun of you behind your back and talk about you openly even though they tell you it’s confidential. Grotesque mannerism, they even keep clients files open for passing ppl to see. Cutting corners, they move so slow, do the very bare minimum. It’s like they got their education 30 years ago and have no idea what they are doing now. Very sad association, embarrassing really. Big contributors to the decline of Brantford's socioeconomics.Please go to St.Leonard’s instead, they are amazing!!

I come here 4 times a month and I would be in a lot worse shape mentally if the services of this wonderful resource centre wasn't available. My case worker is caring, thoughtful, and is very attentive to my continuing needs. The centre is very resourceful and can help in many ways.

After years of addiction trying to use opiates to medicate myself because I suffered from intense anxiety and depression, I was homeless and stole to finance my addiction. After years in jail I approached a mental health worker after a long time in prison and she took me under her wing and saved my life! I started seeing a psychiatrist and completely quit drugs. It's been about 12 years now and I'm still working with them. I have my own apartment which they supplied for me and helped me receive disability benefits. I owe my life to these people!!

Having trouble Some Management holding be away from my worker of choice. Housing Manager has been very rude and ignorant to me along with Executive Director... My complaint is on going.. Could use some support from people

In the time when people needed CMHA, they cut supports and had no in person contact. Funding should end for these people as they have not done their job at all as of 2020, when they were needed most. Boycott these services.

As a mental health consumer, find this place way understaffed, long waiting list to receive a councillor.Hard to get through on the telephone, just keep calling back.

Excellent attention to clients and staff were warm, friendly and inviting. Prompt service and good advice.
