I came in with a loud crazy crew and our stylist was more than happy to have fun along with us. She actually picked out the dress that I ended up choosing for my big day. She listened thoroughly and let me try on multiple gowns before we ended up just choosing one of the first gowns I tried on.

I called Heirlooms on a whim to see if they had any last-minute openings. Got lucky and was able to squeeze in for a morning appointment. Our stylist was beyond accommodating. I like that they let you look through the inventory and also help make recommendations.

My consultant understood the style I was looking for and hand selected the best dresses for me to try on. She followed up with me and answered my questions before I bought my dress. She was so friendly and easy to reach. I can't wait to go back for my dress reveal.

I’m happy I ended up finding the best dress thanks to their customer service and assistance. They didn’t hesitate to help locate my ideal dress. I have suggested them to my friends and I absolute recommend every bride go there for dresses.

Being a person on a budget here's my experience... the consultant seemed to have no interest in helping me fit the dresses while trying them on. There for I had no opportunity to really see or experience what the dress may look like. We also noticed the consultant give gestures to her coworker as well as a bold eye roll. Would not recommend. Nice dresses please speak with your staff. Everyone deserves the same services.

I had an amazing experience with Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe to find the wedding dress of my dreams! From trying on dresses, to communicating with me about my dress order, to the alteration process... Heirlooms did a fantastic job making sure that I was ready to go for my big day.The ladies working there are so kind and love what they do. They are passionate about helping people find the dress they are comfortable and confident in, and I cannot recommend them enough!

I love everything about them! My stylist was so sweet and supportive of what I wanted but also encouraged me to try on dresses I didn’t initially pick. Because of that, I found my dress.

The shop is beautiful, clean, cozy with so many styles of dresses. The staff helped me make my custom dress dreams come true. I was able to pick exactly what I was loving from various dresses, and they are patient with me and my bridal party.

Was very happy with the dress I bought from Heirlooms and the support and service I received from the staff at the front of the store but my disappointment was with the alterations department. They did not listen to my concerns with the dress and told me what I was asking for wasn't possible. They sewed cups into it last minute and I asked if I should try it on again but they told me they knew what they were doing and I felt awkward questioning it (I wish I had tried it on again). When I put my wedding dress on the morning of my wedding, you could see the cups that were sewed into the dress so my mom had to cut the tops off, it was very disappointing. I felt very uncomfortable with the top of my dress all day and it was frustrating because I had asked multiple times for it to be altered more and taken in but at my last fitting I was told no. Luckily I get to wear my dress again for a party and took the dress somewhere else to get the top altered. I had it altered with no issues. Now it fits beautifully and what I wish it had fit like for my wedding day. I paid over $500 to get it altered at Heirlooms, and wished that they had altered it properly rather than tell me it's not possible because they didn't want to alter it for a second time or take the time to let me try it on again. I thought they know best since this is their job, however I had a gut feeling I wasn't happy with it and should have pushed more.

Such a phenomenal experience shopping for my wedding dress. The staff had such a good eye. I gave her a general description of what I liked, and she pulled gown after gown that were perfect.
