I've been a patient at Boxgrove Dental for approx. 2 years and I've always had a positive experience. I finally found a place that accommodated my fears of dental equipment and of my pain tolerance/sensitivity levels. Dr. Luk has always been super caring and friendly. Everyone I've recommended to visit Boxgrove Dental has had lovely experiences with her and her team as well. Special shout out to Lin (sp?) for the best cleaning visits - she respects when I need a minute for when my teeth are too sensitive and she happily answers all of my questions at every visit ◡̈

Amazing service!Got my cleaning with Vicky today. The ladies in front got me in fast since I was in pain. Dr Lai took his time and explained the details and provided solution.Everyone very friendly, they are busy so my tip is book your appointments ahead!Will definitely return.

Have been going to this dental office for more than 8 years. Love the staff they're so kind and professional. Unlike other locations they're honest and amazing in their cleanings and checkups. The front desk personal(s) are extremely cheerful and their smiles lighten up the mood. As for actual teeth extraction, they are done better than other places in my experience. Kids and children can feel at ease as the dental hygienist are calm and patient and don't shame them about their captivates or things that upset them. Other dental offices should take note and learn as this one is exemplar.

Been to a few dentists but love this one the most! All the receptionists (especially Lisa), hygienists, and dentists are super friendly and do an amazing job! Highly recommend! I never have to wait too!

Great dentist office. Absolutely never had one single issue in the 5 years we have been going there. We have moved 4 times and although we have to travel quite a bit, we still stay at this location. Everyone is very friendly and very efficient. Excellent place.

I've been coming here for a few years now. The front desk receptionists are very pleasant to speak with. I'm regularly booked in with hygienist Lynn for my checkups and cleanings and she does a wonderful job. There is no doubt I always leave feeling better than when I go in. After the cleanings and checkups with the hygienist, one of the actual dentists comes in for a second-look to re-assure everything is looking fine. I'm really happy to call this place my go-to dental clinic!

i've gone here for 3 years and the dentist here has always been very straight to the point about concerns. Discusses and advise and once a course of action is adopted it is done quickly, efficiently and effectively. Knowledgeable, and every time we faced challenges, Dr Luk was always more than willing to help! Go to Boxgrove dental, if you are looking for a dentist!!
