If you are looking for great prices along with excellent customer service this is the place to be!Doug and the rest of the team were extremely patient with me as I took months decided which spa was best for us. We ended up choosing the Bullfrog A6 Timber with two pumps.They walked me through the set up and chemical process, answered all of my phone calls, and gave me tips and advice on how to get the most life out of the spa, and the filters.

Debbie has great expertise and knowledge on Spa chemicals. I did not purchase my hot tub from Niagara, but really wished that I had! She took the time, listened to my concerns and solved the issues with my tub! Highly recommend Niagara Hot Tubs. They know their stuff! Thank you

A wonderful team at Niagara hot tubs,had our hot tub installed in January. Lisa was wonderful,I was clueless and she explained everything and all went smoothly. Everyone Is so helpful and so knowledgeable and friendly. Wish I had gone into Niagara Hot Tubs years ago,they made the whole process so easy and the after service is great always super advice.

Recently moved and the house came with a used & malfunctioning hot tub... I'm a pretty good handyman and with the help of niagara hot tubs I was able to pinpoint the issue and they even had the faulty heater element in stock for under $100.
