This is a great company, they did a pergola with shades and a side shade for our deck. We are very happy and feel it has added to the overall worth of our home. Bruce is meticulous in his work and was wonderful to work with, I would definitely recommend them.

Impersonal connection. Very strange way to provide service. Never met the guy actually working on our awning, he just shows up to look at it and then tells someone at the office what to tell me.. So, had to rely on my communications through this person at the office to get through to him and vise versa, leaving room for personal interpretation & communication errors. Hated the experience but love the awning, which took longer than expected.

We purchased a motorized awning for our south facing deck. The process was simple. The installation was completed quickly and the awning works great. We just got it so I can't say anything about durability or reliability. We are looking forward to using it, if we ever see the sun anyway.

We purchased a custom shade for our picture window from Action Awning and Bruce installed it. We are very happy with the product- reasonably priced, looks nice, and is exactly what we needed. Loved the service- very professional, did a quality job installing, and was very courteous and clean in our home. Highly recommended!

Honest hardworking people from the owner Bruce, to the installers Chad and John, and the office staff Stephanie and Leslie. When was the last time you felt you actually knew who you hired to do a job around the house?Simple business equation but not a simple job .... motorized retractable vinyl to keep the Michigan weather out of my screened in porch at a fair price.The Action Awning team communicates well and stay with the project until the homeowner (Me :)) is completely satisfied.
