Lyly and Helen were very helpful with my Ikea pickup, and lent me a dolly which made it much easier to load the heavy package into my car. Much appreciated!

Joanne and Helen top notch! Friendly and fast pick up. I was carrying my fort load to my car and turned around and they were behind me carrying the rest unexpectedly! So helpful and earlier they offered me a dolly. Use them, they deserve your business. You can also ship your ikea stuff here for very affordable rates.

This place is awesome! Fantastic customer service. Great asset to the community, people that can actually making the shipping experience simple and easy. I was there on 3-Dec-2022 at 12pm, the staff were amazing! Can’t wait to ship something again. Don’t believe me, go there, unreal the quality of service, especially compared to every other shipping venue especially in the West End!

Dusk! Pouring rain! And 5pm! That’s exactly the time to do pickups. But the cheerful smiles of Joanne and Anita, coupled with their take charge attentiveness made sure my first Penguin pickup would not be my last! These two rocked! Who knew penguins were soooo cool!

Great experience!! Went there to pick up my package and it got complicated cause it didn’t have the paper ticket but they were very patient and helped me figure it out.

This place is awesome! Lilly and Helen had amazing customer service skills they were very friendly and even offered to help us bring a box to the vehicle. Highly recommend picking up your items here!

The staffs are super nice. There are limited parking outside the shop so I have to park further down the street. I ordered some cabinet units from Ikea and they are heavy. The young man helped me to trolly down the street and help me put the cabinets into my minivan. Highly recommended! Nice work!

I've used their service twice now, both times for Ikea pick-ups. Service is courteous, efficient and friendly.The only qualm is some parking available in front but a bit limited.Of note, special shout-out to Helen who went out of her way to provide a helping hand recently. She helped me move to the car my Ikea item - almost 50 lbs! - on a rainy day. And she was the one who took the initiative to offer! I'm quite impressed and appreciative of her assistance.Thank you lots!
