Had an awesome tour of the friends experience with my friends. What’s great is staff is on standby and ready to take photos of your group for you so you can be included in all the sets. It goes by really fast so you have to take it in there’s a leave in a gift shop at the end which was kind of pricey but we definitely had fun

The FRIENDS™ Experience Toronto
I went to the Toronto exhibit with my family (including my 3 children). We had an amazing time. We got there about 15 minutes early and pretty much walked in right when it was our time. The employees were more than happy to take lots of pictures and didn’t rush us at all (and believe me, we took ALOT of pictures!) Everyone was so nice and as a HUGE Friends fan I thought it was awesome!

We bought the private tour for 6 people and it was well worth it. Our guide Crizel was wonderful and we never felt rushed. Worth every penny.Only minor complaint was that I would have liked more merchandise in the shop. Also, we came from Alberta to take this in with our daughters as there were no Western Canadian dates. Vancouver would have been more cost effective, but seeing our daughters’ faces made it all worth it.

Loved it so much. Such a fan and it felt good being there. Staff was awesome and ready to help take pics. They only need to upgrade in the gift shop section.

I got the ticket as a gift and really enjoyed it as a huge fan of the show. The order of the rooms were not correct, could be organized in a better way. Monica house was also not complete which was a bummer and we just had the kitchen.Staff were friendly and suggested to take pictures whenever you needed it.I just didn’t like that we didn’t have a moment to enjoy and it was just “hi, take a picture, go”

It was SOOOO MUCH FUN!!! I want to go back! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were able to take so many photos, I really felt the magic of the set while I was there. They really though of everything to make it “the experience”. Friends got my family through many times in our lives. Both difficult and joyous, it was super sentimental for me to be there. .I liked that the Toronto location was in the mall, we were able to eat and shop as well!

My friends and I had a great time. Our time was at 5pm yesterday. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to take solo and group photos. Great experience. We bought the standard ticket. Thank you all. I definitely recommend coming here to check it out if you're a fan of Friends. It took about an hour to get through everything and lots of great photo ops.

The experience was really great. Definitely recommend arriving early as they suggest. It is located in the middle of the mall (across from the Lego store) and there is ZERO signage to help you find it...so you will need the extra time to get through the mall - not the mention the parking lot. Overall really enjoyed it. They have a staff member at each photo op station to take your pictures too which was good.
