Slow service. No one inside, 2 cars outside, and we still had to wait to order, then to make the drink took oddly long as well. Serious staff here it seemed as well.

Second time I've come here to be denied paying with a $50 on an $12 order. If you can't hold at least one $20, one $10, and $5 bill for change in your tills I will stop coming here.

Love this location and come here somewhat frequently. On weekends they can be quite slow, but on weekdays they are so quick I barely have time to put away my wallet before they're handing me my drink. Staff are always friendly, and my drink is always made right.

Kicking Horse Campground crew were not cleaning sites once vacated. The staff were helpful otherwise. Campground has great views of the surrounding Rocky Mountains. Sani Dump was closed had to go to Banff to dump tanks.

The wait for drive thru was 20 minutes. I wish I would have just went inside. By the time I got to the window still needed to wait a few minutes

Staff were extremely nice and efficient, despite the long drive-thru line. Drinks tasted amazing! Have only ever had good experiences with the staff here. This was Friday at 4:45PM. Keep up the great work!
