We had an appointment for them to come yesterday and not only did they not show, they didn't call or email. When I finally got through to them (after taking the afternoon off work) they said the weather was bad and they cancelled the two trucks. This is fine, but a simple phone call would have been amazing as I work out of town. Yes we have booked with them once more to give them another chance.

The service I received from Sears was amazing! The technician that cleaned my carpets was very professional, friendly, and did a amazing job on my carpets ! The customer service I received when booking my appointment was also equally amazing and very professional and friendly VERY MUCH recommend Sears for all your carpet cleaning :)

service is decent, but arrival took 2 hours from appointment, 1 hours from the service guy calling he left".apparently on a weekend traffic jam takes like 2 hours from a 30 min distance regular workday."

Had my duct air and carpet cleaning, but very disappointed that there's no clear before and after photo of our air ducts so couldn't tell if it was worth it for the price. Then the carpet stain remained the same and still dirty. There was some area in the carpet that was somehow stinky so I washed it again. Also left chips and scratches on our walls from the big hose. The guy was nice and friendly but the service for duct air and carpet cleaning were disappointing.

They came to do carpet cleaning for my house did the job listings were not removed when I complained they said it’s gonna be like that I rented cleaning machine from Rona did it myself and the coffee came out perfect so I highly recommend not to use them might as well just do it yourself. And the best part is they said if it comes out clean the refund me my money now they don’t even answer my phone calls

Experience was okay. Quality of work was poor. The main reason I had hired them was to clean the ducts and furnace of an older home I recently bought. Ducting got “cleaned” and furnace didn’t get touched. Every part of the furnace was still covered dust including my blower. (No point in cleaning ducting if your going to blow dust through the system when “done”)The technician was not able to locate my furnace filter nor able to tell me if it even was equipped with one. Personally I feel my $275 was wasted as I could have had better results doing it myself.

They did not show up to the appointment. No way to contact them as they are based in Vancouver and I'm in the GTA. Got a call an hour after my appointment telling me the technician is running late. Too late, I told them to cancel the service. No time to just sit and wait for these guys. I was the first appointment of the day at 8am and they couldn't show up on time.
