When I arrived it was a bit busy, several people in front of me looking to make purchases. I required some assistance, so I had to wait.Once the crowd dissipated, the Kiehl's employee assisted me with picking out what I needed, and then provided me with a bag full of free samples.The reason I'm not giving a 5-star is because there was a second employee that was working on a computer the whole time. Not sure what he was doing, but it was odd that one employee had to handle 10 + customers, while he typed away. I hope what he was typing was important.

Shoutout to Felix! Felix was so knowledgeable and friendly. My boyfriend is learning to build his skincare routine so I came with him to shop around today. Felix was able to listen to my boyfriends skincare needs/concerns and was able to recommend the best products for him. Felix also informed us about the in-store promotions which we were very excited about. Overall, Felix made our experience great and helped my boyfriend be comfortable talking about his skincare needs.

I'm new to skincare and had gotten a consultation at the Queen Street location, the representative told me that there's a Derma reader" at this location that can look under your surface layer to see what is going on. When I went in the representative Beth was welcoming and went above and beyond taking me throught the process

I came today, Dec 15/ 20 at around 04:30PM I think. I really appreciate the friendliness and excellent customer service I had. I wish I have her name, I shredded the receipt too so I can't refer back to the lady's name. She gave me a smooth transaction with my first purchase today. I had to come back for a second purchase because she had given me lot of information and clarification about their products. I wish I have her again next time. Would love to shop again!

My experience at Kiehl's was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the sales associate Elsie.I was thoroughly impressed by the level of knowledge and expertise that the sales associate Elsie displayed. From skincare routines to the benefits of different ingredients, she was able to provide me with detailed and helpful information that ultimately helped me make an informed decision about which products to purchase.
