Campus Dentist Chancellors Way

I find I am often anxious visiting health care professionals, and the dentist is no exception, but the team here is fantastic! They did not make me feel uncomfortable or silly regarding any of my concerns which I've experienced elsewhere in the past, and I was able to face my root canal with limited stress. Despite an unforeseen slight technical hiccup during the procedure that resulted in the procedure taking a tiny bit longer than expected, they handled my case professionally and attentively, making sure I was comfortable the whole time.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a calm atmosphere and fantastic dental team.

I have had the worst experience dealing with the unprofessionalism and miscommunication at this dentist. At my first appointment they misunderstood why I was there and tried to send me home with a missing filling, which is the only reason I went there in the first place. During my filling and cleaning it was a rough and painful experience. The dental hygienist seemed unexperienced and confused, and the dentist was cold, condescending, and did not explain anything that was happening. After my first appointment they emailed saying I needed to pay what was left after insurance, but I had already paid the day of the appointment. I came here a year ago and Dr. Mike and Frances were great, so I was disappointed to find that they seemed to have replaced everyone and the quality of my visit had significantly decreased. Overall my experience has been very poor and I will not be returning.

Office is very clean, has large floor to ceiling windows, relaxing spa music in the back ground. Frances and Dr Nick friendly and professional and answer all your questions. I love this building - all my medical needs under one roof.

Best dental experience I've ever had. The team at Campus Dentist on Chancellors Way is incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. Frances, the Office Manager, is the sweetest and Dr. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Both of them made my experience more enjoyable than I ever thought a dentist appointment could be. At other dental offices, I've always felt rushed through my appointment, but not here! If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a long time. Frances and Dr. Nick made sure things were explained well and I was comfortable. I had to return for a root canal and it was not at all stressful. It was easy and pain free and there were zero side effects. Totally fine and without any problems.Because it’s a relatively small practice you actually receive a high level of attention and service, which was lacking with my last dentist.Would recommend highly based on my initial 2 visits.

This is hands-down the best dental experience I've ever had. It felt more like going to a high-end spa than a dental appointment. Frances and Dr. Nick were super-friendly, professional and explained everything they were doing clearly. The office is quiet, modern and relaxing, almost meditative - none of the usual fluorescent lights and constant noise. Also, I have never in my life had such a pain-free dental cleaning. Plus, there was no attempt to sell me unnecessary dental implants or other surgeries or to shame my teeth, which is very much appreciated. Even if you don't live in Guelph, you should go to this dental office - they're THAT good!

If I could get these peoples' license removed, I would complain to the Canadian Dental Association (which I probably will anyway) in a heartbeat. Avoid this place at all costs. These ladies are crooked and extremely unprofessional. They (Dr. Miran Abdelmalek and the other lady) don't know what they are doing AND will claim you need dental work on perfectly fine teeth. They couldn't even do a simple filling and I had to go to another dentist to fix their work (mind you, every dentist I have been to since them has said my teeth are perfectly fine and that it was outrageous how much work she was getting me to pay for). There are other very trustworthy and professional dentists in the Guelph area (I would recommend Sequoia dental instead) - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CHANCELLORS WAY DENTAL. The good reviews you see here are all from people who came to this place and were serviced by the previous dentists (Dr. Mike and Frances) years ago, THEY ARE NOT CURRENT AND DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT THESE UNETHICAL LADIES. They've also been purposely acting like they don't know any of the patients who add bad reviews. Save your money and SAVE YOUR TEETH. Avoid these scam artists. You have been warned (by myself and others).

My permanent retainer came unglued one morning (done previously by an orthodontist, not these folks) and campus dentist not only managed to fit me in to fix it on the same day, they actually redid the cement when they weren’t happy with how it looked initially. Fantastic service, everyone was lovely and it was a very pleasant experience overall!!!

Lovely and friendly staff. The doctor explained me the situation thoroughly and the work was amazing. I would totally recommend this dental clinic to a friend or a family member.
