Massage Addict

Went in for headache, back and neck pain. The RMT Anne-Marie W was fantastic. She really gave me a deep tissue massage and took time to stretch my tight hips and calves. She’s very strong so i did need to tell her to use lighter pressure but once she was done my headache was gone! I’m booking my next appointment ASAP!!

I was hesitant to return to this place after my last session in the winter as the room was really cold and was disappointed in this lack of what I considered a basic provision from a place that's supposed to provide a time of relaxation and therapy. I went back hoping for a better experience now that it's summer and I was very happy with this decision mainly thanks to my RMT Tatianna. It was easily the most therapeutic massage I've received to date. She recognized all the areas that needed the most work and did an amazing job working out the tension and knots. I loved her massage style and techniques and was so impressed by how well she provided both relaxation and therapy and I left feeling like I received premium treatment. She was professional, friendly, and provided tips for stretches and posture afterwards as well. Best hour spent!

Convenient location, good therapist and reception desk person was super friendly!Dear owners please give customers actual pillows and not crinkly plastic ones. You might think no one will notice but the sound of plastic crinkling under your head is much louder when you’re laying on it. Same with sheets. I don’t want to be laid out on a piece of plastic like a giant sausage!Everything else was good

I booked a deep tissue massage, was a complete waste of my time and money. The RMT only ran her elbows down my back, zero pressure applied the entire session, her palms never came in contact with my back. The room was also extremely cold and had me shivering with goosebumps (the heated bed was lukewarm at best) and unable to relax even though I mentioned it a couple of times.Front desk/customer service was good , no complaints there.

Very clean, calming rooms with warm beds. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant. Easily accessible location with lots of parking. Ann-Marie is amazing, using the perfect amount of pressure; taking time to really stretch you as well. A guaranteed relaxing and rejuvenating experience that I so look forward to.

Ann-Marie is amazing! If your looking for a real deep tissue massage she is your go to person. She really gives an honest massage and really cares. I really recommend

I love this place. I have been here twice and had the best massages of my life. Both the girls knew exactly what I wanted. They are a bit pricey as compared to other places and my insurance doesn't cover all the cost. So i might not go back. But if u can afford I would 100% recommend this place.
