We have been dealing with United for roughly 6 years, our company owns two scissor lifts and rents a third from United rentals. They are amazing to deal with when service or maintenance is required, their customer service is top notch and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Many years ago, 12 or so purchased green cut saw, it was in for service and was rented out (by accident) and damaged. Actually purchased another one, In the course of paying bills my book keeper paid a bill twice and ended up with unapplied credit. I wanted them to issue cheque as it was overpayment and ended up as an unapplied credit. I have written letters, phoned, responded with notes on their statements as I am doing today. The outstanding amount is $1341.07 and it has been owed to me for all these years. I'm very dissapointed with United Rentals. Very poor business on their part.

Good service but the machine was 2.5 hours late and I had 3 trucks waiting to get unloaded. I believe your truck that was delivering broke down coming out of Saskatoon. The telehandler that I rented was pretty old and the hydraulics seemed weak.
