Had a great experience with Rim 2 Rim. Wanted to order a more specialty Mud tire for my vehicle and they had by far the best price in all of Alberta and even better then the online tire distributors. The deal was so good I even ordered a 5th spare tire for my vehicle. Will be going back there for any more tires I need to buy new or if I simply need a set mounted and Balanced. I see now how they are the best rated tire shop in Okotoks!

Fast, rushed service. Miscommunication with customers resulted in tires not being aligned after an appointment. 6 months after install we noticed our tires wearing on the inside. We mentioned we had it booked for a balance, alignment and install, and they definitely were not balanced due to the excess wear on the inside of the tires. They said no mechanics were in on Saturday however this occurred on a Friday which they couldn’t complete the job so we ended up picking it up on Saturday once completed. We were never told they could not do the alignment, they simply said the job was done and we paid and left.We were essentially told they can’t do anything for us and if we want we can book it in for an alignment for $140, after spending $1000 on a set of tires and a balance. One would think they would try and help the customer out since the service was rushed and the alignment was completely forgotten.Pros: FastCons: Not willing to work with the customer instead point a finger and blame the customer for their rushed, unorganized jobs.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Prices are better than their competition. As it gets more popular, they almost need more room, etc. The best tire shop in the area by far!

Staff are very friendly. I just got an amazing experience today. I got my rav4 scheduled for today and I told them over the phone that I wanted the rims switched with the summer and winters. But it was 2months ago and they probably forgot it. So today I handed them the key and I thought that they already know whats up and didnt tell them anything about what I wanted done with the rims and tires. After waiting for half an hour, I came back to the shop and realized that they just installed the winters without changing the rims. They offered me to do it again but I said its okay dont worry about it. The guy told me that he wont charge me for anything to compensate for the misunderstanding. And I really appreciated that. I really recommend this tire shop. They do great job too.

I got a nail in my tire at 5:00 pm. No one in Okotoks would help and said when they did, it would only be a replacement. I went to RimtoRim and met Braden. What a nice guy and helpful staff! Immediately got my tire off the car and did a repair. They felt the repair would be long lasting. The price was super fair and for the rapid service with a smile they are now my tire shop for life!!!! Support a small town Okotoks business and employees for sure! I will always come back here and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!!

Really grateful to have this company and crew in our town. You hear so many stories of mechanics taking people, especially women, for granted, and that’s just not the case here. My van had been making sounds for the past week, and they spent four hours today diagnosing the issue. The bill was under what I was expecting, and my van is driving great. We’ve had all our vehicle tires serviced here for years and will not consider going anywhere else.

Fair prices and great service. You'll often deal directly with the owner, Pat, who cares about his customers, and the rest of his team is just as good.When I brought my summers in to get put on they caught a leak and patched it.When my family lived in town they always trusted and used his tire shop and now that I'm back so do I.
