The customer service here is incredible!I stopped here to buy windshield wiper fluid while driving in terrible conditions on the 401 in early January. The staff were kind enough to let me use the washroom while I was there.After returning to my car in the parking lot, I found the battery was dead. A store employee came outside in the freezing cold to give my car a jump so that I could make it home safely.I honestly don't think I would have survived the trip if it weren't for Beach Home Hardware.

This is what they did to my front passenger seat when i bought 3 cans of blue paint 2 days ago. Because they didn't hammer down the lid property. And now they are staying that it is all me because I dropped the can paint before i put it in my truck. IF they check the cameras I did NOT drop the can of paint

I have been to Beaches several times for a variety of products since we retired to Brockville from Ottawa 6 years ago. I was especially pleased with the help and service they provided yesterday (14/11/20) when I was looking for a part for my snowblower.They took the time to find a source for the part, gave me an excellent discount and supplied two other parts I had been searching for online at a very reasonable price. The two gentlemen who served me could not have been more helpful and courteous. I will be back and I will tell all my backyard mechanic friends. Jim

I needed toilet parts they had them and I bought them..nothing special happened but nothing bad happened either except my wallet emptying out on a Sunday morning after lending someone a hand and snapping their toilet part...but that was all before I came here..Words of Wisdom unless you are a plumber and someone needs you to lend a hand fixing their toilet INSIST on being the one to hold the flashlight...

I went to purchase a Stihl product from them. When I asked them for it they assembled it and test ran it. I was in and out of the store very quickly. They recommended that I purchase a 6 pack of small 2 stoke oil and recieve and extra year of warranty. The oil was $12.00 and I needed it anyway, I think thats a great deal. They went over all the operating procedures and what to do for winter storage. They also register my purchase with Stihl. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I do not live in Prescott and they are my go to Home Hardware, well worth the drive...

Beach Hardware has been a staple in our community for so long and has always been our goto location for our hardware needs..... On a sad note it's hard to see them closing there doors for good. We wish them a happy retirement and thank them for decades of smiles!
