This is the most difficult real estate site I've ever tried to navigate. A few years ago I used it and it was easy, efficient and probably sold a lot more houses. Now I give up and don't reach me and ask for more feedback. It's your job to create an efficient, easy to navigate site and if you need help look at Royal LePage, Point 2, or just about any other except Remax, they are alsovery poor.

We used Amanda Brophy as our real estate agent and she was so great to work with! We're first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions and she didn't hesitate to help! If your looking for someone friendly and knowledgeable she's definitely the one to pick!

Great site that is asy to use and HLM has very friendly helpful agents.

Not impressed. 25 showings 4 offers on our house and the hottest market in history and our agents who are MIA up to 14 days at a time with no communication, we’ve asked over 7 days ago to have the listing removed from the market in order to fix issues holding up the sale although we gave our agents $50,000 of flexibility, cash back offers , no open houses or advertising on street other then a plastic board sign on a nice ocean view property in the country the effort just never seemed there left us wondering how any professional would be able to sustain as long as they said they had both independently have we were told “we can sell anything” looking for no miracle the house was almost turn key we were confident but miss lead… with 25 viewings and 4 buyers with offers we accepted, I would have sold this house with my management experience and customer service willingness and desire to sell either way I’d consider some other popular options like viewpoint before returning to HLM.. I’d like to reinforce that we had a TEAM of agents 2 with combined 50yrs Exp and feel jaded and like sub par work was done.7 days later we still can’t process our loan because our ad is on MLS and Realtor please pull it.
