I have worked with the team at Family Matters Caregivers for a number of years now and have always been impressed by their level of service. They are extremely attentive and responsive, making you feel like their most important client. They have helped place wonderful caregivers in my home. And I will continue to rely on their expertise for years to come.

We used Family Matters for 3 LMIA applications. Tova and Michele are extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. Every time the process went very smoothly and both Michele and Tova were available for my all questions. I had a great experience with this company.

We have had the same caregivers from this company for over 20 years. Our first caregiver, it’s still taking care of my 20 year old son and started taking care of him when he was about five. Our second caregiver that they got us started in September 2008 and is still working for us!! There is absolutely no better company for hiring caregivers than this one. Thank you guys so much!

Family matters has been an amazing agency in quickly finding me a nanny. I have been in contact with other agencies and I haven’t seen any agency more reliable , organized and efficient as Family Matters. They are up to date with all the latest government rules and regulations , policies and very reliable and quick in responding to families in need of a care giver . Especially now we are in a period when there is a deficiency of quality child care givers. The only agency I know will find families a quality caregiver in a timely fashion is this agency .
